I am done with searching off the rack for leather jackets, I am always in the middle between 2 sizes, and usually the sleeves are too long. May as well throw in pants too. Know any vendors I could go visit and are ok to work with? A few hours drive would be worth it. Also maybe shorten sleeves on a off the rack jacket. I know the crickets are strong here, just throwing it out there. Cheers and beers dudes...

I inherited my dad's 2004 Buick LeSabre, 3800 engine, had 20k on the clock when I got it, now has 44k. Was a garage queen, no rust on it. Phenomenal shape. It's really not my taste, I'm more of a Honda or BMW guy, but as a go to work car, it's decent. The 1 to 2 shift goes "clunk" at light throttle, annoying as shit. I used to work for Delphi, GMs part arm, and heard that, too many of that tyranny likes to eat it at around 85k.... This shift kit is supposed to be the fix, and I'm hot on getting it done, but can't really take much downtime. Thanks for the replies.

Need to do it in car. Apparently you pull the filter out, and then the accumulator is right there and is taken out with a few more bolts. Then springs are changed Really if I had a lift, I might consider doing it, but my garage is setup to work on motorcycles, not going to do this in my driveway with the car on jack stands. The car is my daily driver... I cant take a chance to screw it up... YT vid

Love the damn thing... I like it for just ez local backroad 45mph cruzing. Soak in the sun and scenery, and relax. Just got it back together after a 3 year chrome it, bling it project, wheels, forks plus guts upgrades, calipers, and a hundred other things I have forgoten about. I always have had some kinda cruzer bike, and then some type of sport bike. One to relax and one for my hair on fire in the twists. I do have the itch for something new... (no BMW for me. )

Well, damn... my Valkyrie is not smiling at you no more....

A tip for your Oldwing there, I initially made these for my Valkyrie, but since the wing is the same engine... (Sold a bunch to the Valk guys.) When you get to the point of replacing the pulley bearings, using a Hyundai part plus the SS plate is a better way to go, plus way less expensive.... - some guys just cut the OEM bearing off the stock plate.
