Scam i was selling a saxophone on CL and I got a responce where the guy say he wants to buy it for his father. Then he wants me to give him my direct email address, home address, full name and phone number. Then the killer is, he says he is a petroleum engineer on an oil rig and cant meet me, so he will send his agent to my house. Um -Yeah right, and hell no you fucker. I sent back a very colorful email to him loaded with f- bombs and wishes for his demise. What are other CL scams you have heard off?

Looking good - are you gonna leave the rear wheel as is spoked? Probly will handle kinda funky with a modern radial sport tire up front and old style bias on the rear. Just curious.........

It's probably more of a liability thing, if there is a problem the shop could get sued by a creative attorney.

Your Duc and the Trumpet bikes both deserve a "Wow" - Wish I was in the market, but we're headed to winter and I got plenty to tinker on with the bikes I have now. GL - Kinda of a whacked question, but is the rear hub on the Triple the same as a VFR? (It would be an interesting swap to a single nut hub vs the 4 lug nut style of the viffer. The wheel looks lighter too.)

Dunno about this one, but I thought what do I use a lot? Has to come down to original bike polish. Aka, originally Honda Cleaner & Polish. Honda use to have the guys in Georgia manufacture it just for Honda. And then there was a big snafu with the California environmental big government group that decided it was going to gig Honda for selling a product with CFCs in it. (or something close.) So, Honda decided to redo the formula on the stuff gigging the Georgia group and hanging them out to dry. So "Original" decided screw that, we can sell it on our own. -- It's the "real" stuff. Dude - test your stator too, its not that hard. I listed the steps. Its essentially a quicky summary of the electrosport chart. You might be replacing a R/R for nothing. Electric charging systems are goofy on bikes, but they're not that hard to fix. GL
