  1. I found some .22LR ammo bulk Blazer, and CCI 100 count plastic sleeves of 36 grain and 40 grain and 380 ammo. NO 9 mm. These were found at Great Lakes Outdoors in Chesterland on Rte 322. Just up the road is a place called Top Gun. They had 20 round Pmags for either $24 or $29,( can't remember) limit 2. They did not have much for ammo only a few boxes of .22LR, 380, 40 and 45. They did have a few AR-15's, and a few had Sig-Sauer tags. I did not ask about the prices or options. The guy working the counter said they are keeping the AR's off the website so that walk-ins would have something to purchase.
  2. You can also search for other books too, I typed in the search "guns" and also "Firearms" Lots-o-stuff shows up, Thanks Ben
  3. Dang it on Fin!! SO what is the going rate now for 9mm and 380? The last 2 trips I took up there = zero .22LR ammo.
  4. I have one in 9mm with about 150 rounds through it. The grip fits my hand, and the trigger is great. This trigger will spoil you. Mine is still all stock. I am reading the Walther forums but not sure what night sights i will get. So any idea if the PPQ you ordered will be the newest version call the M2 with the push button magazine release? I am tempted to order a new PPQ with the 5 inch barrel.
  5. Wow, I read his book and seen Chris on a few TV shows ( the Red Jacket show the Stars earn Stripes show) So, after facing all combatb the roles, Chris loses his life at home, in a non combat role.
  6. Today is my Dad's B-day ( he passed in June 2012 ) took Mom out to dinner. It was cool, we talked about everything and nothing.
  7. Well, we do have Bad123, so that makes it Jersey-Shore-ish C-bus is so bad they had to build a freeway 270 around it so you don't have to actually go through the city. ( I know weak, but that is all I have )
  8. I hope there won't be too many places I would need to leave a pistol in a vehicle, but it is a bit more piece of mind besides just the glovebox.
  9. I was looking at something like the Bulldog personal vault. It is metal case, about the size of a notebook, 10 x 8 and maybe 2 inches deep, with a keylock and thin metal cable. Possibly to keep under the seat and secure it to the seat frame. It is sold at Fin Feather and fur. My car does have fold down rear seats, but the seat fold down levers are located in the trunk. So I would have to open the trunk, pull the lever and the seat would fold down. Then I would have to access the folded down area from the back seat of the car. http://www.bulldogcases.com/case-vaults/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=276
  10. I know if a bad guy really wants something, there is away to get it. I was just looking for something to keep a pistol out of sight and somewhat secure. As for keeping a pistol in the car in the event a place is posted no guns, I was looking for something that would be better then locking a pistol in the glove box or center console.
  11. Youtube link Marc Tobias, from a company called Security Labs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jl7aczxgZlI
  12. Did a search on the youtube for reviews of various personal "gun vaults" for either car or nightstand storage. Found a 45 minute video of gun vaults faults in design where they can be easily opened. Very eye opening on how easy some models can bypass the key, electronic keypad or finger print reader.
  13. I could call this person "deep throat", but that might be weird if this person turns out to be a guy.
  14. I was at Fin feather fur in Middleburg, they had a pallet of 380 blazer in brass and alumium. But ZERO 22 LR. They also have factory mags for Walther P22 and Walther PK380 for around $30 each. The pistol display case was mostly empty for semi auto pistols but had plenty of revolvers.
  15. True. The wording might just as well have said "anything with a trigger"
  16. All I know about Land Rovers, I learned from Top Gear. They look like a nice vehicle, never been in one.

    Price Check

    Bowdog or MidgetTodd? in 3....2......1....
  18. I was just at Stonewall this evening. They had a sign posted "public range closed, only running the back 5 stalls. Call for availability". I have a membership there, so I was able to get a stall within 10 minutes, around 7 PM. I did see a ladder in the middle of the front "public" stalls. Not sure if they are redoing the backstop, or possibly the target guide ropes? I did ask how long the stalls would be closed and the answer was "unknown period of time" Also don't know if the stalls are all set aside for members only?
  19. Thank you. Good printer, just does not get the usage I thought I would need.
  20. Dang, how did I miss this from the 18th? Good to hear you got your asking price, and passed along a good deal.
  21. For sale $200 HP LaserJet P4515tn printer with embedded Jetdirect ethernet jack and USB port. I am getting a different computer desk and this printer doesn't fit with my new layout. Printer works properly, although a bit noisy during the power on self test. This printer was purchased from my wife workplace at the end of 2010 and has been our home printer since then. Missing the right side plastic grey cover as shown in the picture below. 69,660 pagecount since the last service interval of 225,000 page count. I have printed out the Config page if there are any tech specs requested. Local pick up only, as if I have to say it, this printer is on the heavy side and do not want to ship
  22. Possibly, i'll send ya a PM
  23. If any bans are passed soon, they will derail my thinking here. I figure that since all the companies are pumping out all they can, in a few weeks, supply will be back. By then, the customers in the market for items, ( AR parts, semi-auto magazines ) will already have what they want, and prices should become "normal-ish"
