  1. Anthony, your really allowed to go? I thought you were in love like Dover and getting married or some shit.
  2. Has anyone else wondered about Girls Gone Wild? I have been to one of their shows in PA and they throw a bad ass party and the girls are insane (heard its not so good in Ohio). I have a video or two of them in PCB and I figure they will be down there sometime this year but I dont know when and where.
  3. Piss on you, no wonder your triceps are severely underdeveloped. There is no way of full recovery in 24 hours even with a constant flow of glutamine in your body could it even help become 100% by then. Just my opinion. My body really doesnt heal on the faster side of things. Especially when I am taking certain products.
  4. Even though its not the main focus it is still a secondary worked muscle. Not just Military press but most types of presses would also tear at your tris. As you know after working out and breaking down each muscle group a big important part is the healing. If you kill your tri's one day and then work them out as a secondary muscle the next, there is a good chance you will be overworking that muscle group and not giving them enough time to heal all in one shot. I personally like to seperate sections of the body as much as I can so I give one section of my body as much time to heal while destroying another. There are so many different opinions and styles to working out that I hate even talking to most people about this stuff. There are very little methods that have actually been proven BEST that it leaves everyone in a pissing match about what they have learned and why it is better and who told them. Everyones bodys are different and the only way to find out what is good for YOU is to try. If something works, well then it works for you. I try to keep my advise to myself because 2 out of every 3 years I get fat and Im not a good walking example anyways, but if I was going to give someone advise it would be to never be closed minded and listen to 100% of what everyone says(only taking 5% to heart) and be willing to try most of everything. It will take quite some time to learn your body and learn whats right for you. I have my favorite workouts but I am always willing to switch things for 6 weeks to try something new. P.s. Dover, I love listening to your voicemails while sitting on the beach. I can be getting yelled at and have a smile on my face all at the same time.
  5. I second the flush. Go to your local dealer and they will offer a P/S flush. Even though he didnt start it, I wouldnt settle on just a drain and refil if it was my car. A proper flush would be a bad thing anyways if the car has any decent amount of miles on it.
  6. For the past few years or so I have used H&R blocks online free federal and 19.99 state tax service. Mainly because it takes me 20 mins, I could do it overseas, and I had money direct deposited into my account in less than two weeks. I have heard from many people that I am throwing money away by using that program and I should look somewhere else. My big concern this year is that I was overseas most of last year and all my money was 95% non taxable. I dont know how it will effect my taxes this year but I would imagine that I wont be getting that much in return this time around. Im looking for suggestions. Where to go, what to use, how to do it differently ect. I would like to get back as much as I can.
  7. Hmm never thought my first tattoo would be a drunken one but whatever. Im leaving you in charge to make sure that its a good one, fits me, and is in a good "professional" area of my body! lol
  8. Oh and incase anyone didn't know, this will be the week of my birthday so we WILL be celebrating! P.S. I am 12 hours away from packing the car up and heading to New Orleans for vacation and Mardi Gras!
  9. Shanton I think we need to make some kind of pact real soon that promises NO FIGHTING! Thats just way too many people to be having trouble. *Note, this comment is directed mostly towards Dover. Not that he does much fighting but sure has a way of starting most of the drama for me.
  10. Why am I always the one with the worst after party "shame" pics lol? I am going to New Orleans for Mardi Gra in two days and Ill be partying for a month and then coming home getting ready to go to spring break. Then you guys forget just shortly after The Bay opens up! Mardi Gra in The Bay is in May and PRK needs to revisit.
  11. Shanton I do have another barn if you didnt remember. But only 1 ski is in there right now. I am still moving things around so they are out in the covered part of the barn. And I have to purchase the wakeboat first, but I think I got that covered. Whitney said if I get her boobs done then she will make the boat payments! Thats like a win-win for me. Stock is on it now waiting for the rebuild on the sled puller 66 Since this is my 4th vp, the next time it goes or the new motor, which ever comes first will be p pumped!
  12. Not really hoping for trades as I have more than a few quads already and a lot of other toys taking up space but I am always willing to listen. Whatcha got? Thanks
  13. Colors are House Of Kolor Orion Silver and PPG's Sunset Copper Orange. The tailgate, sport bumper and grill are not finished as the tailgate is still getting airbrushing. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0683.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0684.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0685.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0690.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0694.jpg So far I have $7,500 in materials and payment for the shops space and help. I really wish I could have done it 100% myself especially since I paid a lot of money to learn how to paint and it could have saved me a shitload. Pics dont do justice for the orange especially without the sun. Here you can see with a little light that when the sun hits it, it really starts to pop.
  14. All masked for sealer and color. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0667.jpghttp://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0671.jpg Sunset Copper Orange first http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0673.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0677.jpg
  15. This is how it looked the day I brought it to the paint shop now trying to take off the primer I had to put on to store it while I was gone. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0660.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0664.jpg Cant really tell but the jambs are all sprayed and reassembly has started with all new doors on ready to seal, spray, and blend. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0665.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0666.jpg
  16. A lot of people know my truck but most havent seen it in quite some time. Due to some rot in a couple doors she got a face lift. Still have to put everything back together, install some new 20" Wheels with even bigger mud tires, put the big turbo back in, and then start on re-doing the suspension. I started stripping this truck in the summer of 07. I had the truck all down to bare metal and was days within being ready to spray but lost a compressor(We wore it out by sanding through all 3 coats of paint the truck already had.). By the time I got everything back in order I was due to getting deployed. I figured I should be spending time with family and friends rather than my truck so she got shoved in the barn. By the time I returned home I no longer had the place available to finish or paint the truck myself. I got in touch with a local custom painter this summer after returning and arranged to take the truck there. I knew working with him I could still have hands on and do as much to my own truck as possible. We just got it out of the booth on Friday and the last pic is just how it sits now, back at my house and waiting for me to finish assembly. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/100_0501.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/100_0504.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/100_0505.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/100_0506.jpg
  17. I don't really want to sell or need to but I am running out of room and have too many projects especially now that my truck is ready to take even more money. The car has a lot of miles on it. 164k to be exact, but hasn't skipped a beat for me yet and runs strong. The body is in good shape other than one spot that is in the pic below. Interior is not bad at all considering the miles and t-tops dont even leak a drop. I picket up the car at the beginning of October so I still havent had a chance to get really deep into it or learn that much about the in's and out's of this particular one. The mods that I am aware of -4.10 straight cut gears -Stainless long tubes that I am told are too be kooks -custom 3in off road y-pipe -Muffler sounds to be what I would guess a Magnaflow. Not as loud as flowmaster but sounds great -cold air -aftermarket shifter -the suspension I am not sure of but it is LOW! The vehicle supposedly got a new clutch and slave 20k ago, seems solid, and has never slipped at all! The stance looks great and the c6 wheels set it off. What the car needs: The c6 wheels are starting to flake a little chrome on the inside of the wheels. It needs an alignment. After the springs were put on it is evident that no one addressed aligning it. If I would have to guess I think the slave needs bled. Like I said the clutch itself seem stout but the pedal doesnt and everyonce in awhile it seems like it doesnt engage far enough and it will tend to grind a gear if trying to go hard. 5th does it more than any others but most of the time the car shifts fine. This is all that comes to mind off hand but I want to be 100% open and honest about everything. Like I said, I dont need to sell it and I wont give it away but I would like to ask $4,800obo. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0701.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/IMG_0703.jpg More Pics to come but I am having upload issues. New Pictures: Also has an SLP MAF http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMG_0139.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMG_0140.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMG_0141.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMG_0143.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMG_0144.jpg
  18. It got faster as the year went on. It was running much better when we went to Cumberland. Im hoping for a scary ride after this new charger goes in.
  19. I would ask anyone to please run as fast as they can from one of these. Great looking cars and very comfortable but they are some of the biggest pieces of shit we get in at work. They are expensive to maintain and seem to have more problems than any other car we get on a regular basis. Its kinda sad cause I always like them too. Just my two cents, but hey what do I know... I only work for Ford.
  20. Truck-Yes T/A-Yes Z/28-Waiting for a new motor so doesnt count anyway Sea Doo- Prob a little shy of 300 as of the end of last summer but with new charger and mods will def break the mark. Thats over 100hp per cylinder. 300 isnt that much to me and in my opinion I dont have anything really "fast" anymore, except to me my Sea Doo is damn fast for what it is and my truck is quick for 8k pounds. Hopefully in the near future I get some things together and I can hit that thrilling fast mark again.
  21. I think the biggest reason people grow out of it is because they spent two many years stressing over it and never getting anywhere. I think most people who have issues just find out the hard way they got in over their head. I would say a good 85% of the people here dont have the money they try to put into their cars. As with anything of this nature it costs money and stuff breaks, if you dont have the money to repair it again, then you really didnt have the money to start the project in the first place. My problem is that I really have too many toys and I cant just finish one. My truck is a constant pull of income, I have over 9k in my Sea doo, my camaro has sat because it get little money thrown at a time, all my fourwheelers are expensive to maintain... and so on. My biggest projects though really dont get neglected. I strongly feel that if most people here would have started with a cheaper platform and actually had money left over after they paid their car payment, many would feel differently. It seems too many people tried to be with the "in" crowd and many spent to much time worrying about being inside the top fastest people around that they never get anywhere.
  22. Still have the truck? I just had an accident in my daily so I was thinking of getting rid of my Trans am and just getting a nice daily but I would consider a trade. PM me if you are interested in details.
  23. Block number doesnt mean shit. If it has 160k on a #53 block than there are great chances that it will never have an issue. So many people blow the 53 block out of proportion because some had issues. Compared to the amount of them made, very little percentage of motors had an issue in the first place. I have one with 207k on it and would buy another one without even looking at what block it was. The vp-44 should be number one concern. Nice truck. Has the trans ever been rebuilt? Original injection pump or replacement?
  24. Looks like these covers are the way to go. Thanks guys
  25. I used to take the truck off road all the time. That is part of what led it to needing a new paint job. In all reality the truck is way too nice to be doing dumb shit like that anymore. Once you get it deep in the mud, you never get that stuff out and it creaks and rattles because of it. So I am also putting all new suspension on it. I am sure I will take it off road again but not like I used to, and def not in the mud. The truck will be more of a sunny weekend cruiser from now on, that still gets used like a truck. I am putting a rhino bed in it and will still use it to haul plenty of loads, esp all my toys to the lake. Its def not all show no go. I tried to do all the go stuff before the show. I plan on pulling the truck a lot next year, and throwing in a new converter to help it get down the 1/4 mile a lot better. My big turbo needs rebuilt so I do have stocker on right now but it is better that way until I get to stud and ring the head and hope to see 55+ psi at all times.
