I tend to agree that that is most likely what happened but these days it seems perception is more important than truth. Yea, I have the Custom and the fact that they might look like crap did factor in to the equation, albeit a small factor. The ground clearance could potentially be an issue which is part of what is holding me back. That's what I'm thinking about because about 3 hours into a ride the right peg starts to annoy me. IDK, my right boot always feels like it is only partially on the peg, like the peg is short or something. I have stock pegs and am also considering aftermarket pegs but I'm still debating.
