  1. You guys know what happened to me today, I went to the BMV, and I was just trying to get a renewal. So the bitch at the counter was being slow, so I says "YO BITCH HURRY THE FUCK UP!!!", and you know a security guard came over and said "sir you need to calm down" just like that with this snarky motherfucking tone. Can you believe that shit?!! I just had to come and vent my frustration that someone in a position of authority would come over and give me a warning that almost had no bearing or effect whatsoever upon my day!! OOOHHHHHHHH!!!!!! it just gets me so fired up!!!!!!!

  2. I somehow picture a milkcrate full of cats strapped to that 74 Huffy and strange whispers in the chippewa lake area about your practices with said cats, yes there we go now you are much cooler than I had previously assumed.

  3. Yet again this seems to be the only thing I can say.

Those who have a hard-on for stating their opinion, the balls to say it no matter what, but then get pussy pains when they are confronted have been given too much equipment, and really have only one alternative. To go fuck themselves.

  4. I'd be happy for you to free up the space. I get the carbs back tonight and will see what is what. If she's a runner, however the price may be slightly elevated from your offers yesterday. If things remain the same, for a mere $400 dollars you can own a classic bike with a clean title, big potential, and super clean carbs.

  5. Actually I'm rather new to the CB classic series. There are some pics posted on page 1 which would give you a cosmetic view, and as far as specs. I just go do a quick search online. My classic experience has mainly revolved around the other three Jap. companies. But the CB was king for a long time and with good reason.

  6. Well, the problem I have is I don't have the carbs back from detailing and if they fix the problem and all of a sudden she moves like a raped ape I will have cut my own throat. But I appreciate the offer and will keep you informed.

  7. It runs a idle and all the eletrical works, but the spark seems to drown with throttle, I'm currently having the carbs detail cleaned and will see if that fixes the issue, also maybe suspect the problem could be that a piston ring became unseated.

  8. 1978 CB550K. Great project opportunity I thought I would mention. Clean title and lots of potential. jmwildi was set to purchase until an unforseen expense arose, so I thought I would put it out there and see if anyone was interested.

  9. No it wouldn't stand the ride, I should say that although I rode the bike to my place across town a few weeks ago it has developed an annoying habit of drowning the spark when throttle is applied. That's why I am having the carbs pro-cleaned. Not sure if it will do the trick. Bike runs at idle just bogs with throttle, I'm thinking it could be carbs or a piston ring came unseated. Plus I wouldn't trust the back rubber for a highway ride.

the time sounds fine, I can pm you the address

The 68 is gorgeous, has the dream sickle orange tank, uhhhh it's nice. but at $3500 it's just out of my range.

  10. Not sure if you are planning extended forks/rake at all, but I have a pair of extended forks that I pulled off a mid 70s CB a few years back that may be compatible, I would have to check.

  11. Well I'm currently having a brother detailing the carbs for me but I should be getting them back and putting them back on in the next day or two. If we decide on a price Saturday would be probably the best day as my parents are giving me my first day of riding and respite in a month by taking the three rugrats I call children for the evening. So I should be free after about 11a.m

  12. I'm not going to BS anybody either, it is a mechanics special. It runs but it will need some attention (minor engine work, new rear rubber) to be a rider, along with some of the cosmetic issues, like an aftermarket speedo and missing side cover, but the bones are good and if your plans are to bob it anyhow then you will probably be selling alot of the pieces to fund the build anyway. Honestly I got this on trade and had plans to rework it myself into a cafe racer, but I'm also about to start bobbing a 81 LTD440 and with the three bikes in the garage I'm getting tired of moving bikes into the driveway so I have enough garage space with which to work.
