Welcome. You will have your fill of real estate questions here. Something pops up about once a week. Glad to have you here.
  2. Some of you may remember this similar incident. http://www.allpar.com/news/index.php/2013/04/police-identify-first-viper-fatality
  3. EDIT: just saw I have an event that night. Flexible on details, but that date puts me out. Actually, I'd like to see a 20 minute plus session. I don't see that option on the sight.
  4. Bump. Just had 3 more sign up.
  5. Came in here to post this. Being that I only fish my pond, I don't feel have much to offer in this. I'm more of a controlled environment, Vs chasing them down.
  6. I dought that will happen. He and I were just talking about how that place has really made it hard to like them. They have some selection. But, the people there have become dicks. The good things they use to do, now they don't. Like, deliver beverage, for one thing. The good people that did work there are gone. My last visit; we were the only ones in there, I asked about some drink, the guy was a huge D bag and pretty much said they don't carry that junk anymore. He just came across like some uppity elitest asshole.
  7. No xbox, no care. Kidding. That's a lot of gaming stuff.
  8. Wonder where you heard that? Hahaha I like the added line.
  9. I'm heading there in a few to take our Coronel to lunch. They have a deal with Donatos for a large one topping pizza and 12 boneless wings for $16.99. I might put him in the wall, get an Artical 15, and lose my job. LOL
  10. Did some more fishing at our pond. The bass was the other day, the catfish was tonight. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/742236D4-76E4-4817-A21F-7BB786DC3CE9_zpslfkronbf.jpg Had the scale on him, but couldn't get a good hook point without hurting the fish. Started to lift him by the scale, but he wasn't having it. Didn't get him all the way off the ground, and the scale read 11.6. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/60E2511A-A9AB-4453-A651-749585D148A0_zps8gnbuoo4.jpg http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/2730E360-797B-4B20-B989-BD259F518580_zps7ngexgmq.jpg
  11. I don't think tomorrow is super track. It was last Wednesday. I will be there at lunch and probably again in the evening.
  12. No one wants to hear that it ended well. LOL I am glad to see your post, Brian. I just have too much damn fun there, and can't imagine there being an issue.
  13. I'm quite positive it is a misunderstanding that will be resolved. I have worked with the same person you have been talking to for several events now. They have been nothing less than great about everything. Looking forward to reading about the outcome.
  14. Had a few PM's asking when the next class is. The details are above.
  15. Have you contacted them with a WTH, we had a deal? Is someone not returning your email or call?
  16. My driveway is jacked up. I just can't prioritize a concrete drive right now and the $15K+ for it. Question is, is it even worth it for me to seal it and fill the cracks? 256' of driveway is a ton of prep.
  17. To say it's pointless to open carry a long gun is opinion. I'd guess no one would have tried to mug him, and if that was what he wanted, than he achieved it. Any open carry in a metro area is likely to cause panic. There are a couple big reasons. What it should be is, will that person handle the weapon safely? I don't feel many people do, and I myself would be concerned. More likely though, is the news terrifying the viewers with anything gun related. And so, lawfull or not, having a gun in a populated area makes people think you are there to shoot them. People just don't open carry much. And because the majority of people don't see someone with a gun everyday, they only think the bad. The flipsde is, those who want to exercise their right, are flexing a right so close to extinction, they cause panic and get labled extremists. Carrying a weapon is a lot of responsibility, and a long gun makes it ten times more the detail to be safe. People get lazy and tired. Carrying a long gun for any extended period of time, starts to suck quite a bit. Now it's a burdon, you want to put it down. It's in the way, and anytime you move it, someone will say you flagged them. Positive control of the weapon and safety all become factor that may not have been taken into consideration by someone trying to exercise their rights. Especially if they are just doing it to demonstrate and make a point. Having spent years with a gun attached to me, I have seen trained people make mistakes by leaving their weapon some place or being careless with it. To the point where, I think I would have to ask someone what they are doing if I saw anyone open carry. Reintegrateing many people having a gun on their hip in public, as they did long ago, is unlikely to happen. Understand that there is always a threat and not always the best way to deal with it. Some people choose to openly display they have the means to protect themselves. In today's environment in the US, most of society is scared of any gun in public.

    Intro

Welcome to CR. Nice looking car.

    Damn it GLOCK!!

Thanks Bob. For that price, I would hope it comes with 1000 rounds of ammo. I know I'm rather opinionated. Up to $500 seems to be my price point that I would spend on a 9mm. Anything more, and I feel there is something out there for less that will do the same thing fine. I will be getting a striker fire.

    Damn it GLOCK!!

Damn it Clark, I knew you were going to chime with more supporting information. I got the pricing today for what I'm looking at. Just waiting on one more detail to better the deal, and I might pull the trigger.
  21. So much hate on the new unknown. Guessing within a year of being out, everyone loves it like the GTR.
