This is true if you're cruising at a relatively consistent high speed, but I've had a few warnings as I'm getting ready to pass or getting ready to pin the throttle and the radar detector starts beeping. It has saved me so many times, that I've lost count.

I got a battery powered one from the Shack last year, and everytime I hit a particular rpm it would crazy. This particular rpm happened to correlate with around 80 mph, so it wasn't a very useful purchase.

With great power comes great responsibility. That's why I haven't had a traffic violation in over a decade.

He said that he was planning on getting insurance, so I'm just saying that if he'd gotten insurance in the first place the bike would still probably be totalled. It's just a matter of doing a little "time travel" and getting insurance "before" the accident. This way, he won't kill himself on his poorly repaired vehicle.

It looks to me like this is a candidate for the get-insurance, total-it-out, get-new-bike, buy-old-bike-and-use-for-parts method. Is insurance really that expensive to not get before buying bike? I got full coverage for like $50/month.

I dropped my bike off at Buell Dealer for the 6200 mile service (oil change etc) on Tuesday. The bike was acting weird after I got back from vacation. When I dropped it off, I mentioned that the idle was a little off, figured it just needed adjusted. Anyhow, I got a call this afternoon, stating that there's an injector issue and that they need to order an injector (7-10 days); it's covered under warranty. I don't understand why because I always use the 92-93 octane fuel. The problem is that since I'm so close to the track day, I can't get a refund or reschedule. I need to sell my spot. If anyone is interested in getting a good deal on the Tuesday 8th spot at Mid-Ohio, here's your opportunity. This was going to be my first track day, so I'm not sure what is all involved with selling the spot.

From experience, I've found that chicks dig the conformity of the 1-piece suit.

How much is a spot in the garage rental share? Sounds awesome. I have crazy good luck when I schedule stuff, well in advance. I'm just saying that based on my surreal luckiness with vacations that are weather related, Tuesday, 8th, will be great!

You need to go to all the biker places and look for guy/gal riding pals with very similar bikes. I'd bet that the guy owns both of these matching bikes. Intervene in their relationship somehow and you may possibly get a bike and a boyfriend. Good luck.

I think Suzuki should make a 250 mph capable limited edition, Hayabusa based bike that requires a simple (do-it-yourself) unplugging of a wire to turn off the speed limiting. That's what I want for Christmas.
