  1. I only use Charcoal. I also use a lot of wood chips for smoking. My favorite grill is this little tool box charcoal grill I bought from Summit Racing. I also use a large square grill with wheels from Walmart. Its ok but I'd rather a round Webber (will be getting one when I find a good deal).

Ribs I cheat, I cook them in the oven the day before. I place them on a cookie sheet with some water in the bottom and plenty of spices & herbs then cover with foil. I cook them for somewhere around 3 hours. If its a gas oven I put it on 300 if electric around 280. When I pull them out I usually cut them in 1/3 sauce em up and put them in the fridge for the next day. The next day I put them on charcoal with some wood chips. Lots of sauce and when I see they are charring I pull them off.

  2. He's already started his antics. "Missed his plane" this morning, was late to the news conference/ greeting. Uh huh. Does he REALLY fly commercial??? I wanna see the tension between TO and 85. At least they'll sell seats.

    Dont forget the popcorn!

  3. I had one last season. It was an 05. Of the 15 or so bikes I've owned it was one of my favorites.

Comfy, fun, you stand out (when you own a gixxer 7 out of 10 guys you ride with are on a GSXR of some sort), 2 up is comfy, unique sound, single sided swing arm looks cool, you can ride with cruisers or sport bikes and dont get shit (even though I've never discriminated ridings riding but you know what I mean), good mix on torque and top end. Very fun bike! Oh last thing oil changes are easy!

    -'s

Parts are $$$$$... Parts can be hard to come by depending on what mods you want to do. You need to pull your spark plugs out EVERY season and put antisieze on them (Triumphs in general are notorious for this). On top of that the number one plug is a real beotch to get to and make sure you hose down the wells with penetrating oil before you attempt to pull the plugs. Charging system is dated and it seems to take everything it has to get it to start. If you leave it outside bolts seem to corrode faster than other bikes. Changing the pipe's just make sure you put a PC3 and have it tuned.

All in all its a great bike! Plenty of hooliganisim thats sure to bring a smile every time you crack the throttle! If you have any other questions shoot me a PM.

  4. Damn. You're all kinds of fucked up' date=' aren't you? Good luck with all of this.[/quote']

Lol, yeah! The only good thing is the drug that keeps the vertigo away makes me feel a spacy! On a serious note, thanks!

Oh and Andrew with an 07 600RR should be contacting you shortly for a valve check/adjustment.

  5. +1. In my "hayday"(??) I would go to work on Monday looking like a truck ran me over' date=' laughing about the ass beating I received at the hand of someone that didn't appreciate my sarcasm. Recently, I've discovered I have to tell the guys at work about my weekend activities via the telephone from the comfort of my sofa. The old bones don't bounce like they once did. I've learned that mouthing off on the netz feeds the need to be an ass while saving me 2-5 days of not being able to turn at the waist or take a deep breath.:nono:[/quote']

You? NO.... Lol, I remember when I first met you. I brought my Arai in with a damaged side hinge. When I told you I had been swapping visors you basically called me a moron and asked why I didnt have a second lid. I told ya the Tommy Gun took up all my monies... You rolled your eyes and got the part ordered. After you fixed it you said "Dont touch the fuckin visor!" That lid cost to damn much to break it! I didnt listen of course but did buy a second lid. However I have found out the trick to switching the visors. At the same time I respected your bluntness!

  6. I went and saw a surgeon a week ago and feel that Suma botched the MRI. Tomorrow I'm going to the Cleveland Clinic and they are injecting dye into my arm and going to do another MRI. The surgeon felt its a Bone Spur. He also pointed out that I had fluid built up in it and the fluid (infection) could be causing other health problems. So wish me luck! I go tomorrow to have the MRI done and then the 2nd I see the surgeon again.

On a side note I've felt very dizzy lately, sick to my stomach, mini panic attacks. Saw my family physician and he said I had fluid on the inside of my ear drum and called the condition Labrinthitis (not sure how to spell it). So now I'm on Steroids and something to take the dizziness away.:D

    One thing at a time I guess!

  7. Most of us can watch it on our phones, and you still don't even have cable?? You are technology challenged.

I'm just cheap and dont watch a lot of tv. Movies on the other hand are a different story. I got rid of my smart phone a while back (again to save money) so phone isint an option either. Lol, guess I am technologically challenged.

  8. Rode my buddies new R1 today. Wow that bike sounds nasty! Its all stock. When he pulled into my driveway I thought he was on a V-twin. I didnt get on it (waiting till he has the first service done) kept the revs below 6K. I'll post back once I can open it up a little/lot.

  9. enlighten me as to the reward in keeping snakes, spiders, lizards, etc. as pets.

I understand fish - they're nice to look at, and easy to maintain (except cleanign the fucking tank -that's a bitch)

But these exotic pets are expensive, hard to maintain, and they're not exactly companions.

My dog comes when called, sits, stays, lays down, is happy to see me when I get home, whines when I leave, fetches a ball, catches a frisbee (about 20% of the time anyway...) and will curl up and take a nap with me.

what does a snake do? And if you're going to say, "eat a live mouse," I'm pretty sure my dog would do that too, if i let him...

I'm terrified of snakes... As far as lizards go I have two bearded dragons. I got one 3 years back when I moved into a house with my buddy. He sneezes and needs benadryl if he even sees a dog or cat. Anyways I got the beardie due to I've always had dogs, cats, birds, etc growing up in my parents house. The dragons arent aggressive nor poisonous. They are up when you are up and sleep when you sleep. Very very nice pets as long as you handle them. They are great around kids. The only time they act aggressive is towards each other due to they are both males and want to beat the fuck outa one another.

To the OP you must be one crazy s.o.b. My dads lawyer had a white tiger and some other crazy animals. The tiger was like a big kitty cat to him but with a lot of muscle and weight behind it.

  10. interesting lineup, reminds me of me heheh...

The Warrior is an awesome bike. Rode one with a set of Vance & Hines and drag bars and WOW! Fun, comfy, etc. I really couldnt say anything bad except the controls being forward felt funny since I had only owned sport bikes.

I never rode that Duc but I did ride a 1098 and wow!.. Hard suspension for street ridding but the thing was a ball.

I love the look of the nightster. However being 6'1 I did not fit well on it. I would have to by the Night Rod instead.

Only R6 I ever rode was an 05 and it was a nice bike.

  11. I'm telling you guys...mandatory drivers ed every time you renew is the only way to keep idiots off the streets.
I agree with this 100%. And, driver's education should be much more difficult. If the lady at the BMV who doesn't speak English and doesn't understand the street signs can pass, it's too easy.

I'd love for this to happen... However I'd be content with a start of upping the driving age to 18, making the test for both bikes and cars much harder, and at least a retest at 65 then every time you have to get your new license. Old people and kids are what usually give me the most scares.
