Thanks guys! I had a machineist I know re-tap it. He said it should hold up. If it dosent I'll call one of them. (Really appreciate it) I've been working on this junker on and off for three days now. Half the time I'm chassing parts/tools to do it. Hopefully no more parts break and I'll get the damn thing done today.

Yesterday I was driving and some idiot locked up his brakes right as a light turned yellow. Needless to say I had to lock mine up and my foot went to the floor. I new right then and there I broke a brake line. Never broke one before until then. Anyways I start to pull shit after after I get home. I undo a line that goes to the proportioning block. It turns out I didnt need to undo this. I try to put it back in and cross thread the fuck out of it..... Dammit, now my fix just got a lot fucking more expensive! The part I need to replace it with is AC Delco 172-2028 Very expensive for the little piece of shit. Anyone know of any good bone yards or have one of these for a 94 shit box s-10 2wd manual tranny? I need this mother fucker fixed like yesterday... (Sorry very pissed I screwed up).

Just curious how many of you work in the bike industry? I ask because I've worked for the same company for over 9 years and counting. They specialize in high performance auto parts. They've broke into oem,trucks, etc over the years. I've loved cars, bikes, motors in general since I was a kid. However working with hot rods has kinda worn down the passion I have for wanting my own/going to car shows/looking at cars/ etc. Dont get me wrong I still love what I do but notice the drive's not as strong. How do you feel working in the motorcycle industry? Also how long have you been in the field?

You bet! Just no super squid ridding to try an impress me (rolling stoppies up on me when I'm stopped at a light, or doing a power wheelie right next to me). Young guys in Kent are always (or trying to) do that and it scares the shit out of me! Thats usually when I tell them I think I hear my mom calling! I can show you some cool spots for whatever kinda ridding you like. 261 right off campus is a main drag so you will hear/see guys ripping up and down that road...

Oh my bad... Now that you say that I think it was Saturday afternoon that I got a flyer in the mail. I didnt see it till after I had got back. On a side note. They had every piece of trash in there trying to hussle and haggle them on price. My girl found me a jacket and a pair of gloves. When I got up to the woman to pay for it she gave me another 5% off since I didnt try to hassle her. (felt bad for her).
