Yeah I know but I'm in a weird situation right now. Long story short: I've been seeing a sports med dr for a little while now. (For what started out as Tendonitice and has formed into Tendonothopy) However ya spell that. Anyways I've been going to therapy to repair it and the doc isint happy with the results and recomended to either stop ridding or change the angle at which I ride. Rather not sell the bike or stop ridding.

Anyone had any experience with these?

Dont quote me but basically they draw it out, then spin it, then re-inject it into the damaged area. By spinning it, it does something with the healing factor. It causes cells to repair faster.

I"ve done 2 bikes. 07 CBR 600RR and an 08 GSXR 750. I was drunk when I did the CBR. It turned out perfect!!! For the GSXR I was sober and nervous... Needless to say I fucked it up a little.

I've always had great luck with HMF engineering in Cleveland. I deal with Austin who runs the retail end of things and he's extremely knowledgeable. Hans the owner is a really good dude as well. They used 2 of my bikes for prototypes 06 CBR 600RR and 07 GSXR 1000. In doing so they gave me pipes of my choice. If you have a new bike or popular bike that they dont offer a pipe for give them a call!

Haven't heard this one. I live about 10 mins from there shop. They were nice enough to offer up a two brothers slip-on for my 750 for only an extra $800.

They said thats part of it. My tennis elbow or Tendonitis has gone into tendonothopy. (spelling). My fingers/hands go numb from time to time. Makes it hard when your working on stuff.

I've got a scorpion pipe that I love and hate...

I like the way it sounds, but not the way it looks. Its that funny blue flame and chrome look. I think it would look better all polished, powdercoated, or wrapped in Carbon Fiber. Do you know if I send it back to them if they can do this?

WOW!.. What a small world... I remember when Scorpion lids first hit he was trying to talk me into one. I had came into the shop and he warrantied a broken side piece off my Arai Tommy Gun. I went back later on to buy a jacket and lid from him but he had left CR. Lol, this is too funny...

ya, don't be afraid of the fact that he works out of his garage... he probably has more invested in his tools than most of us do in our bikes.

Wow I cant believe I read the whole thing! As stated on the first page you can ask 10 people and get 10 different answers. With that said here's what I do:

-Fill the tank and add Stabil

-Put the bike on stands

-Put battery tender on. Or pull the battery and put tender on

-Lube the chain

-Put progrip orange butt plug in exhuast

-Clean the bike every two weeks, lol

-Put a lock on it and make sure you have at least fire and theft

Oh and I like JB80 over WD40 its twice as good! A good "dont", tire shine the tires... Thats a big no no. I know someone who did that thier first winter.

O ya, they did the electrode deal with heat and then some battery operated heat patch thing when I left. I did like the battery operated patch.

Sounds like you had a similar treatment. But you did have a 100% recovery?

This is interesting to see. I've posted my condition on other motorcycle enthusiast sites and no one ever commented. I thought maybe if I put dirt bike or heli bars on my bike it would help but its hard to say.

My therapy is stretches, massages, intense icing, and some electrode deal.

Man that sucks. I had reverse tennis elbow last winter. I wore that brace around my upper wrist for a while and it healed up but took forever. The Physical therapy was a joke. At least for me.

I wore a brace for almost 1.5 years and it hasnt healed by itself. I really hope the Therapy works but have been told its a joke.

I've had Tennis elbow since 07. I've never played Tennis in my life. I remember the day it felt like I got stabbed in the elbow. I was on my 07 GSXR 1000 with a passenger on back. I've dealt with it since then and had two cortizone shots.

Recently it got worse and I decided to do something about it. I went to a DR and they sent me to a sports medicince DR in Streetsboro. He said first were going with Physical Therapy. If that dosent work they will pull blood and spin it then re-inject it into the damaged area. If that dosent take then they will do surgery...

Hope this works I really want it fixed. Worse part is I might not be able to ride the first part of the year

Where's the shop located? I've been through Ravenna many times and dont remember seeing it. Is it close to the Macdonalds & BP close to RT 5?

Not sure if this is where to post this but here goes:

A buddy has an 04 Kawasaki ZX-6R. He has had the bike since about 8K. Recently we did a compression test and number 3 was weak. Four was dead on and 1 & 2 were ok. The bike has around 15K on it and he's guessing the valves need adjusted. I told him to do a leak down test to be sure.

He usually has me do work for him but I'm sketchy on adjusting valves that arent the rocker arm type. (And the fact its not my bike).

Anyways he's asking what shop to take it too? He got price quotes from Hardings, State 8, and MPH. Hardings was the cheapest and MPH was the highest. I know Doug at MPH and recomended going their.

Any advice I can give to him would be greatly appreciated!

Thats why I no longer own a 1000 c.c. bike. In plain english "lack of self control". Highway= 100mph+

However I will be 30 in March. Maybe I have grown up some, but thats a big maybe...
