Nice to see you made it to the party I showed my wife the pictures of the Mini fest we had and now she wants to get a Mini if she gets full time at BMW. The thing alot of people don't understand about Mini's is the personal touches owners put on the cars. I had no idea until we looked into getting one and Mini folks really have a passion for making their car fit them. Good to also see you don't the the interwebz as serious business.

I would prefer the G8 but I am limited by price and I want something that won't be an issue in the snow. When it comes to a daily I am looking at a few other things than performance. If I was looking for a new play toy the you are right the G8 for what I want is better. And I am pretty sure it is well documented how much of a short bus captain I am

After I gave him 3 honks he took off and I laughed until he tried to be Ricky Bobby and cut off a semi to get on 33 towards Marrysville. The semi then had to cut across traffic so it did not run captain fucktard over. It was some green CRX or something I think he tried to join here.

Well thank god I heard the two turds coming up behind me I was getting ready to make a lane change. At the speeds they were going they would not have had time to brake or adjust and things would have gotten really ugly. The fact is you should not race on the street period. I mean I guess if you want to make yourself skidmark on the road that is fine and none of my buesiness.

You know what really grinds my gears? 2 retards in Honda's using 270 up by 23 as a test track and one of they damn near hits me and my wife on the way home from dinner.

There is a Pick n Pull in cleveland that sells tons of LSx and LQx motors. Look also at the LQ9 that came out of the caddy's and high end GMC stuff. There is also a sponsor on Ls1tech that sells tons of the motors. A while back GM High Performance did a good write up on all the different LS based motors out there that should be a good help to you. Lots of research should help go a long way to get you a nice budget build

If you are going that route than look no further than Cordell's LQ4 build. You can get those blocks used for $400 and new for about $700. Then it is up to you on what parts you want to stick in it but again 600 NA for 3k will be a tall order. Hell I think you can find an LQ4 out of a truck for around $1500 or more depending on how many miles you want on it.

LS1 Tech is your friend for this one. I have been doing a lot of research on there and talking with a few of the vendors on there on a set up I want to do. Your goal is going to be tough on a budget and I don't know if it will be be possible with stock heads. Cheap and reliable do not go hand in hand and I might be leary of buying used parts do hit the number you want. I would recomend talking with the guys a t Texas Speed they have been very good to me and taken care of all of my questions.

If I am paying 80 mother fuckin thousand dollars for a car it better be able to more than just hold the power of the car stock! Is it a good looking car? Yes Is it worth 80k? FUCK NO There are a few other cars I would drop that much on first before I purchased one of these. It all comes down to personal taste I guess.
