  1. Well I'm waiting to hear back from a lemon law attorney. But I heard from a guy that works in a dealership in TX that the radiators are in stock in the warehouse in Michigan.
  2. I'm in Benson AZ. About 40 miles north of Sierra Vista/ Ft. Huachuachua (sp), 40 miles east of Tucson and 30 miles North of Tombstone.
  3. 2 points. 1. The media can change history by how they "report" it. 2. I bet no one is nearly as pissed about this as the Zimmerman/Martin issues. Is it because they are Arabic?
  4. Oh yeah forgot he's in TX. Lol. But i think butters has me beat and I have Barron beat as far as distance to Marysville.
  5. Personally I wouldn't deliver but your bike your rules or wifes bike her rules is how I see it. Now nuts to butt you may have better luck if it was the wife involved instead of you. Just sayin.
  6. Any interest in a mad river mountain gift card?

    Chain Tool?

I'm pretty far out of pocket to help you unless you feel like driving 1800 miles. But a chain tool isn't too expensive and is a.worthwhile investment. But the pins are easily breakable if used improperly. So you may have trouble getting people to loan One out.
  8. For once i agree with Isaacs papa. Tell them you have an issue and give them a chance to right the wrong. Then if that fails tell them to fix it. If that fails hit up hoblick and see if he's still doing tires on the side.
  9. Two of my favorites are Cornish hens and biscuits on a stick. (2 different meals). Cornish hens just season and oil how you want wrap in foil and cook on coals. Biscuits on a stick. 1. Get a stick a little larger in diameter than your thumb and prep it like a marshmallow stick. Heat over fire and scrape the bark off about 4 to 6 in down and widdle it down to about the diameter of your thumb. 2. Take a roll of biscuits (the kind that pop when you peel them) center a biscuit over the end of the stick and put it over the stick like a condom. Try to make it as even as you can. 3. Roast it over the fire/coals until it is cooked. 4. Pull it off the stick and fill the hole created by the stick with jelly, peanut butter, butter, honey, scrambled eggs, bacon or whatever you like on your biscuits.
  10. Now I'm really hoping my bike qualifies for lemon law next week.
  11. It takes too much time to take all the gear off when you wanna rape somebody.
  12. Yes its new. Yes motorcycles are covered.
  13. As far as what's wrong I don't really know. All I know is it is leaking from the inside with no damage. I don't think they can get in there to patch it up.
  14. Yeah I took it there because its a warranty issue I figured the dealer I bought it from was best incase something like this came up.
  15. 2. "Motor vehicle" means a self-propelled vehicledesignated primarily for the transportation of personsor property over thepublichighways. I think it would qualify as the same here.
  16. Maybe look into menards. They have building kits that come with plans and all the materials to DIY.
  17. I've still got a few days until it hits 30 days. But I'm kind of tired of this crap.
  18. Arizona lemon law states, " Arizona Lemon Law 44-1264 Reasonablenumber of attempts. To conform motor vehicle to express warranty; presumption. A. It is presumed that areasonable number of attempts have been undertaken to conform a motor vehicle to the applicable express warranties if either: 1. The same nonconformity has been subject to repair four or more times by the manufacturer or its agents or authorized dealers during the shorter of the express warranty term or the period of two years or twenty-four thousand miles following the date of original delivery of the motor vehicle to the consumer, whichever is earlier, but the nonconformity continues to exist. 2. The motor vehicle is out of service by reason of repair for a cumulative total of thirty or more calendar days during the shorter of the express warranty term or the two year period or twenty-four thousand miles, whichever is earlier." My bike has been at the dealership for warranty work on the radiator since July 8th. They determined they needed to replace the radiator but claimed the first one they ordered was backordered. Then when it showed up it had been damaged in shipping. So they had to order another one. Then they decided to try to get it fixed at a radiator shop and they said it wasn't repairable. So we have to wait until they get another one shipped in. My warranty was up on the 9th of July. Reading the requirments do you think the 30 day period has to be contained within the warranty period? Also do you think they can claim the backorder as the reason and get out of it applying for the lemon law?

    Blue Lights

I vaguely remember a law that said the only colors allowed to be projected (or displayed or something) on the front of a vehicle were white and amber. The only colors allowed for the rear were red amber and white.
  20. That'd be nice but the EVO's are significantly cheaper and that's a hell of a drive also.
  21. I'm not sure about pouring the slab but my dad is a mason and is looking for side work right now. I know he knows how to pour concrete but I dont think he wants to do more than sidewalks. But he can probably point you in the right direction on getting it poured. If you want a block/brick garage hes going to be your guy but that depends on what you want to pay. He's been in masonry at least 30yrs. If you want his information pm me.
  22. I've run into a bit of a hold up on this. The wife wants to wait until her car is paid off in March before giving me the full go ahead and ive got to admit life is much nicer when she isn't pissed. The last 3 bikes I bought she had said no but i bought them anyways. One thing I learned is the more money I spend the longer she is upset. So its probably best to wait. This isn't 100% a bad thing because after researching I can get a better deal on an EVO and they seem to be a better option. Also if I wait until March I will have gotten a raise in February so that helps with the budget + the lack of her car payment. I've found a few 08 EVO X's GSR's that I like around 20k. The problem is the closest one is about 300 miles from me so I've got to be pretty commited and ready when it comes time to buy so I don't waste a trip for no reason. So does anyone have any useful info on the EVO X's? I'm also kind of considering the EVO IX's as well but the looks are better on the X imhop. I doubt I'll be pushing it over 500hp so the aluminum block should be fine for me.
  23. What rear shock options do you have for a 2012 Zx10r. Rider weight is 200lbs w/o gear. That's going to be my next mod. I need to figure out how much to save.
  24. Cool thanks. I'll try to find a pair when I pick my bike up from the dealer. I'm normally between L + XL most of the time so im think my size may be XL for these.
  25. Can you pm the price for black+red please? Also is there a guide to measuring the hand for sizing? I have a hell of a time fitting gloves.
