Left my house at around 7:30AM yesterday. Immediately, I found my first twistie with a good 70MPH finish as I throttled my way around the I70E entrance ramp. Things were pretty steady for a while as I did my best to dodge the texting idiots. Then another twistie! Of course, this particular turn was done feet-down on the ground as I entered the construction zone to I71N. Once speed picked up, I rode fast. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, I turned right and got onto 271. Then my ass hurt, so I took a kinda-twistie to a rest area where I checked my email. Then I spirited away. Then I turned right again to get off at Brainard. The best part? I got to do it all over again at 6:00. That's how I roll. Just thought I'd throw in a non-gun/politics thread for a change.

Get one! My EDC is a 239 and I miss my 229 very much. Dead reliable, accurate and phenomenal triggers! Mine is traditional DA/SA and isn't hard to master the transition. I like being able to simply de-cock and holster.

I've never had an issue with aluminum in my 9mms. I've shot thousands of rounds through Sigs, Glocks, Berettas, Smiths, Rugers and even a CZ... never a problem. I generally don't like it in revolvers though. The cases swell and stick in the chambers. Now that the Fin has jacked theirs to $10.99, I needs me some <$10 ammo.

Remember.... student loans are cheap. Financial advisors would tell you to invest in your own retirement and then help as you can at that point. That being said, I've tried to get about $2000 per year, per kid in a tax-sheltered college savings. If I could maybe get them each through a couple semesters, that would be nice.
