OK I'm not gonna lie that kind of scared me a little bit... when i read this and you where talking about slugs going through walls and down the street for some reason i thought about Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The movie with brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. I love my neighbors to death and it would kill me if something like a stray bullet went into there house. But at the same time i have to protect my own. I mean i do live in Akron (north hill) to be exact. So i feel the need for SOMETHING. But thanks Reconrat you put a lot into perspective for me. I know there is a lot to think about so i think ill be at the range today.
Is it just me, or are 80% of the faces in the "people you may know" feature on Facebook, people that I do know, but I deliberately choose not to be friends with?
oh no trust me she will know about it but she is about to turn three... i dont think shes at the age to even remember what i will be telling her about a firearm. but until then i would keep it up and away from her.
you know i shot an AR the other day, i dont know what the hell it was but it was REALLY BIG, and i could not hear for a good 30 to 40 secs. Thats bad huh?! lol it kind of scared me, the gun had no real kick to it but it was SO LOUD!!
I sir, by no means, am a small woman. lol Im thinking of something smaller also to hide from my daughter. I have a three year old and have to keep it locked up. so for something being under my bed or in my closet i think a 9 is the choice we might go with.
OK but the first movie was done on a really small budget so it does kind of suck. But i have no attention span either, if you cant read it and are interested download the audio book. having someone else read to me puts me to sleep but if thats your thing i know alot of people that loved it that way.
Wondering what kind of gun would be best in a household just for safety? I am not looking for a shotgun or anything huge, but maybe a .22 or 9mm. Anyone have any opinions? Thanks
