  1. Last year, we had to put down one of our cats due to kidney failure. It was pricey, i wanna say around 100 bucks. We also had her cremated and the company that did it, gave us a nice wooden box with a plaque.. and a very unexpected, cast his paw. I cried. Putting him down was so hard. He was the first pet i had ever hand picked. (the rest of mine are rescues, as in i rescued them, not shelter rescued) You have do the thing that is the hardest part. You have to think of their quality of life. Its what the vet will tell you as well. I dont know how i will ever do it again, but i know ithat i will have to, as we have 5 pets. I hope your doggy is just feeling draggy fromt he last few days and the heat. You might want to call your vet and see if they think you should come in. Good luck.

  8. As you may know, Nathan and I have had a crazy six months. We put our house on the market back in February so we could move to dayton, and not commute an hour @ way every day, and took it back off in May to move back into it, due to relocation again. A wonderful person who helped us thru alot of the stress was Jo Kesterson, of Coldwell Banker, King Thompson. Jo came to us thru a friend whom had used Jo to sell their old and buy their new home. Jo put our house onthe market and did a fantastic job of marketing it. In the two and half months our house was onthe market we had at least 1-2 showings a week on our house. She also made sure i only fix onthe house what needed to fixed, and didnt go overboard by replacing things that didnt need replacing. She also got our house into a special promotion they were doing called a "Poker Run" which took people from house to house to house, with prizes at the end. We were the second house on the run. Unfortunately, the day we had a second showing on our house, we had to end our contract and move back into our house. She was very professional about it. She offered to help us out with a few other things, and talked to us about servies she knew we had mentioned to her that we wanted to do on our house if we wernt moving. She offered to give me the info when i was ready for it. Jo worked very hard for us, feel that she is worht ever penny we WOULD have paid for her, because of our house not selling there was no commission for her, and i feel that she deservers to have her skills put out there for anyone who may need one. Please let her know where you got her name from.
