Permits it's all permits- last major hassle they posted about was that the counters that were there when they were doing the private events weren't up to code and they were forced to rebuild them even though they were the counters that were there when they bought the building And I'll be honest the new counters look exactly the same as the previous ones they had, so I imagine they were too short or too tall or not ergonomically correct

So, if we buy a this house we are looking at, it has a well. I've never had septic/well before. What kinds of things should/do people do when they take over a new to them system? I have no idea what shocking the well does.

It's in groveport We are only mildly shopping right now. I had to convince him to move first with the right house. This one was pretty close. I know an inspector will supposedly look at all this but ours came highly recommended and he missed some issues that I now wonder how he missed on this house. That's a mistake I won't make again

We are contemplating a move. It's a foot in the winds chance but hey.. I got questions. The house that has sparked our interest has a 12x24 I ground pool. I don't know what type of liner it has yet. What is annual maintenance costs and schedules like? I think the schedule is typically Memorial Day to Labor Day- the pool is currently fenced in doubly (pool fence / yard is privacy fenced) How does it affect your insurance rates? Other concerns? Pool has a small diving board and slide. From what I know diving boards are prone to cause foundation cracks in pools. How do you check a pool while it's winterized? Pools are a major plus to me, I really want one, Nathan however has serious reservations.

Hi Guys, I dont normally post about dogs who are not in the group i volunteer for, and I have NEVER MET this dog, but she has been featured quite a few times on Franklin County Animal Shelter site. Gracie has been at FCAS for 140+ days. This is a pretty long time. From what i have heard and read, its beacuse she needs to be a in a single dog home. I need somone who can replace some boards on our patio that are behind our gutters. They are rotting out due to poor construction, and i need to get them fixed.
