I have real issues with the new Watch vs Warning System. A tornado WATCH is what we should be under, a WARNING tells me i should be in my basement/bathroom under a matress. It bugs me greatly that we are under a tornado warning.

Not that I'm aware of- especially on the cheap

The owners actually own that building and the builigns across the street that looks REALLY run down, but they have been doing work to them, ( i have NO clue what, because there is NO roof to it) but apparently they ahve BIG plans for the space.
