My neighbhorhood is getting a MUCH needed electrical upgrade. There are some Easement issues on the back of my lot. I have TWO surveys that show they dont have easement rights on my property where they want to dig. The digger/driller people offered up some suggestions as to where would *like* to dig, but i need to knnow how to handle AEP in the manor. There is NO easment where they need to do work. Should we talk to a real estate lawyer prior to allowing to try and aquire/purchase anything, If so what pitfalls should we watch for. Thanks for any input.

I think, knowing your property as I do, you would do well with a shrubbery wall on the corners- then a few pretty trees on the inside of the corner.

I hope that dog ripped apart the house. There are reasons dogs do stuff like this, and that you have to block off a kitchen that hard to keep a dog in. train your fucking animals properly and give them some damn exercise

Not really sure where to put this.. Im going to be needing a new studio space soon. I have a pretty low budget (300 a month likely) Looking for somethign thats got room for a desk and my setup- doesnt need to be huge but needs windows and to be on the west side. My previous space was in a warehouse that had offices. If you know of any off the wall, random empty locations that might fit the bill, hit me up. I have to find something before the holidays get here.

(Your likely not gonna get cash, in my humble experience) You are gonna get gift cards... lots of gift cards. Also, if they DO buy you bit ticket items.. No ones saying you cant unload them. I wont tell. im my experience, they dont want to "help" pay for your honeymoon.. but this is just my opinion. Remember gift giving is typically left up to the woman, and they want to buy stuff because woman are gatherers, so you need to play into that somehow. When we got married, even with a good sized registry, we got more gift cards than gifts, and that was 10 years ago.
