Not really. It was VERY close to being one, it did have most of the markings of one. Chris Bradley very carefully never said it was one last night (that I heard) where as other stations were flat out calling it one.

Yah I was watching the Channel 10 who saw the transformer blow- when it Hilliard it slowed dramatically by the time it was through it.

Once it hit cbus- it seems to have lessened it. It's still hooked but weakened now.

Lots of power flicker here in Hilliard. Lots of rain. Booms- it's supposedly windy but I don't hear it..
