Wish I had an extra $450 I could justify spending

I have had a ccw before, but it's from Indiana, and since expired. Yes, I'd be just fine w/o carrying this weekend. But just got my Taurus back from repair, and figured there might be a chance we go shooting in TN. So I wanted to take it w me, legally. Yeah it would Have been great to find out you can conceal in TN w now permit. Was worth a shot:) It's tucked away in my backpack, in the trunk, unloaded.

Going to Deals Gap this weekend. About 2 weeks away from my appt w local sherriff to get my ccw permit, so I dont have it yet. Doing a brief google, it looks as if TN requires a permit. Anyone know for sure if I'm allowed to carry or even transport in TN?

Had a chain/sprocket set replaced by Brandon on my zx10. Went w a green Supersprox 520 conversion, as well as the 1 down 2 up mod. Chain looks sweet. He did a great job. Also beld and flushed the brakes while he had it, as I have the notorious soft zx10 front brakes. Much better now. He even washed the bike while he had it in for service! THAT is not routine service, and something you won't find at the dealers. (Stuff like that will really help you stand out from the rest Brandon) Went above and beyond. I need clearance for a job that does contract work for air force, navy, etc. Went great interviewing, but in the end they had to say no thanks as I was up front and told them I have bad credit. So bad credit is a "no if and or but" deal breaker? (w the government clearance. Not asking about this contractor). Really wanted this job, so not sure I'm ready to give up yet.

The smaller shop type guys I know are in Cincy or C-bus area. Locally Ive heard good things about Vista Kawasaki, and would probably have to say Ive had good luck with them personally. Jury is still out a little, as they told me I needed a motor rebuild for a no start on my YZ250, and Im not quite sure I buy that yet

I've been riding since I was of age, buy always in Indiana, and always w/o endorsement. iirc I had to take an abate class or go to one of their facilities to do the road test. Never found one close Or not full. Plus I just didn't prioritize it. Moved to Ohio 2 years ago and found out I could test at BMV. Got my endorsement last year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
