I've got a Knight inline. I have never had a problem with taking it out of the warm house out into the Michigan cold on out to the deerstand. And I have sat in snowstorms and fullblown rain. I use a Leupold variable scope on mine. First gun I ever 'scoped', and I love it. The scope cost me about 3 times what the rifle did, but it was worth the investment. No more rifle sights for me if I can help it. I went with the blued barrel and receiver instead of stainless, figure stainless might reflect light. I have never actually had to shoot twice, been lucky to down a deer with every shot with the muzzy. One was about 175 yds out. Hit the doe in the head and she did a flip and went down dead. I do not shoot at running deer either, not with my muzzy. I have with the old 12 ga., but here in Ohio you are limited to just 3 shells in the gun......crazy...lol. I have learned to go with 80 gr of pyradex pellets and a .45 lead, shoots longer and flatter, at least in my experience. Well gun season is over, never saw a hair in the field. Nothing. But come muzzleloader season I'll try again, just need to find a better spot to hunt. A feild or two over, they cleared the field down to the dirt and that's where the deer ran, so I think they changed their runs and haunts because there weren't even any tracks where there used to be. The runs that used to be deep in the mud and dirt were all grown over. I think I heard maybe 3 or 4 shots around me while in the field this year. Not good. Hope others here had better luck.....

Actually chicken sounds pretty good.....my wife has made a couple of pizza's with barbeque chicken on it and its darned good, so I bet chicken is good in chili too. I'm going to try that.

Practice makes perfect so they say. I always bought lots of slugs and made sure I practiced with the same ammo I was going to hunt with. But now I primarily use my muzzle loader with a scope on it.

Try roasting the ghost peppers....gives them an even better flavor. We took Habanero's, poblano's, Jamaiican reds, cayenne, cayenettes, zestys and serranto's, dehydrated them, then ground them up into some nice 'spices' to sprinkle on different things. Have to be careful tho....or you get this-

A whole 7 days for gun season. Man is this state's hunting system screwed up. Decided to go out and sit behind the barn.....looks like lots of traffic, but it must be nighttime only as nothing has been happening back there during daylight hours.

Man these boots fit great. They are my old work boots for 'in the deep snow, sub zero weather working outdoors all day'. Always kept my feet warm and dry. Uppers are still in great shape, just those freaking soles rotting away.....the one pair is over 20 yrs old according to Rocky Boots, and the other pair is about half as old and has only been used to deer hunt in, so they've not been worn much at all. I checked around and replacing them with anything close is going to colst over $200... You're probably right Recon. As much as I hate to throw quality stuff away instead of fixing it, maybe its time......Still have to replace them with something reasonably priced....if there is such a thing...lol thanks

Bad, I've heard horror stories about buying TV's online and then there being warranty problems afterward. TV's were specifically mentioned. Hope you're not one of them.

I have a couple pairs of older Rocky Mountain boots. Insulated, gore tex, but the freaking soles just started falling apart! Like they rotted or something. I'd like to check into getting them re soled, but have no clue which repair shops can do the job right. I keep hearing horror stories and want to avoid all that if possible. Anyone know of any repair shops that you would recommend? thanks

Imho, the one in Tokyo is lame and has a totally different cast, except for the one who was added to the cast of regulars of the F&F series of movies.

How tragic. He seemed to be a rising star in entertainment, really enjoyed the movies he was in. Seems the good die too young....

We went with Bosch with a stainless interior. Very quiet too, can hardly hear it run even when in the kitchen. Adjustable top rack.....best one we have ever had for sure. I think we paid $550 or so.....
