Last time I was out I stayed at The D in old Vegas. I would highly recommend that as the strip is a lot pricier for gambling and eating. Old Vegas is much more compact.

Classes are all separate pricing. You must have a Westerville addressed utility bill in your name to get resident pricing. The workout area can be a bit cramped when it is busy. Hours are so-so. Pool/basketball is great.

The kindle fire seemed to be pretty solid build and is in your price range brand new. Just came out with a new one for $199 and ill bet you can find the first gens now used for dirt cheap.
One of his buddies on a bike just about took out my fender. The 300 was swerving across 3 lanes back and forth on 315. They all merged onto the freeway next to me. Hopefully they kill themselves soon and no one else with them.
