How much can you bench 10x (not max)? AND How many pull-ups can you do? Just curious. Ever since I got out of the Marines I've still been able to do 20 pull-ups (forward or reverse grip) I went way down on the bench but started working out again and am back up to 275 10x. Would love to do 300lbs 10x but I get seem to always get stuck at 5-6. I weigh 190 naked.
