I love my star, but beforei had the photochromatic lens, I tried sunglasses and they were a pain for me as well. Wind noise isn't the greatest due to less insulation right ob the ears. But it stores have plenty of room for speakers.

Looks awesome. And yes, high weight is good weight. It allows you to turn.

Plus one for vista. I'm waiting on a nice day to drop my bike off and get thee valves checked. Because that is out of my repertoire. And because I'm lazy and it won't add many more hours to the service.... I'm also having them do all the regular stuff that I would normally do. But if you're just doing an oil change, you need as little as a 4 mm allen, maybe a 6 too, a screw driver, and pair of pliers. drip pan would help, but a small mop bucket works just fine.

Also liking the once that's easier to read. But i'd say don't have anything in the dog's mouth.

So, for once something good came out of the odot. I had just gotten on the ramp this morning when my oil light started flashing. Instantly turned it off and coasted to the shoulder. after about the fourth time checking my DRY dipstick, I saw a van with a bunch of flashing yellow lights pull up behind me. Walked up to him and he asked what was up. Quick synopsis, he grabbed three quarts of 5w30 and poured it in himself. Then got his flashlight and found the wet spot where apparently my distributor o ring is leaky. Guy saved my ass. And apparently it's a free service. Anybody else had the pleasure of being broken down and helped by them?

not sure yet if i'm willing to sell, but i have a whole front set of plastics that i could possibly get rid of. i'm putting sharkskinz on the front of mine. my reluctance is the fact that i know i will wreck again. and i feel like i should toss these in a corner of dad's garage so as to put them on when i bust up my shiny new fairings. but, in reality, if it's that bad, there will probably be other damage that wouldn't warrant me just switching plastics and hopping back on anyway... hm.

not to be a douche... but 5k for rebuilt is just a little iffy in my book. looks like a nice bike though. lbts glws.

i've heard good things about vista. i plan to let them check my valves and put a whole bunch of shiny things on this "winter".. I think they charge $60/hr.
