This ^ They are far from a gimmick act. I dont understand why Mushroomhead keeps being brought up. They dont hold a match to Slipknot. The guitars, drums and vocals shaped the genre into what it is today.

Maybe. Dont really want to sleep on the couch especially since I was in bed before everyone and gone in the morning before you guys were up lol. I dont remember how big the couch was either.... Depending on how things work out I want to ride down if not I'll take a trailer spot Bad.

Just an FYI Ben I saw Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout at my local brew shop which Ive never seen before. If your interested Ill pick it up for you. If I remember your a fan of KBB and stouts.

blade length and cutting edge is not always the same. Shorter blades can have more actual cutting edge because of blade shapes or recurves. I got mine today and it's ok for the price.

Are we talking lyrics or vocals alone? My vote still goes to the thread starter. The fact is he can scream with the best of them and sing with anyone mentioned in this thread whereas those mentioned cannot scream and therefor do not match the vocal capabilities of Corey. Im not a Slipknot or a Stone Sour fanboy but the guy has talent.

Another vote for Corey Taylor. As heavy as slipknot used to be and change to a frontman for a band like Stone Sour is pretty impressive. Especially since many of the metal guys usually cant sing worth a damn while screaming worth a damn.
