Holy hell I slept almost 10 hour last night, i'd say im well rested now. Just rechecked the weather and it looks like the rain is going to be after 4pm so I think ill leave the house around 1p an head to Mansfield to stop by the dealer to check on that part and if its not in ill just hit the road. Might stop for some dinner and not really going to be in a hurry unless mother nature pushes my buttons.

Just put the liner back in my helmet and armor back in my gear. And I've come to the conclusion that if it ever gets to the point of needing cleaned again it will time for new gear. What a pain in the ass.

I was updating my garmin and noticed there were map updates that were available, so i down loaded them and after it was uploaded to the GPS it told me the new maps were older than my current version. So i checked the version on my unit and its the 2014.10 maps and the new download is 2015.10 that was just released last month. Any one else ever have this problem updating their garmin.

Sounds good, only thing i need to wait around for tomorrow is a (maybe) phone call from the dealer as to if my part came in or not. if it comes in i want to have it installed before the trip. Ill prob call them around noonish to see if they expect it or not.

I'm 99% ready, waiting for my helmet liner to dry so i can reassemble it and a couple tshirts in the dryer. other than that its going to be kick back in the recliner and rest my bones for the next 24 hours.

i for sure do, followed these two dudes on HDs through the entire dragon that would drag race out of every corner and slam the brakes into each one. They knew i was back there and never once considered letting me by. Due to there accelerating out of every corner i never got a chance to go around. It was exhausting just watch them ride those things like that. Full throttle, full brake, wiggle wiggle wiggle(not following any kind of line) full throttle again, they did that the entire 11 miles.

Was noticing that last night. Really don't want to start out Thursday with my gear wet either. Might alter my plan last min and leave from the house.

Washing all my riding gear today since I've had it all for 2 years and have never done it. Hope nothing falls apart or it's going to be a expensive trip to the pony today.

I put silver stars in my TL and was impressed with the slight upgrade for little money.

Down to the last decision, as far as the bike is concerned. Sheepskin or no sheepskin I already have the air Hawk on there.

Also concealed carriers don't forget to bring your lockbox for that evil black state.

You can see mine in the picture above it's mounted right above my message center on the windscreen. but I mounted it upside down with the tapered edge pointing down so I can get it closer to the dash. Also I know my EZ Pass works fine cause I used in West Virginia last week

that's about where I'm at, one bag has clothes and toiletries. the other has rain gear, extra riding gear, toolkit, few other miscellaneous things. And my top box is basically going to have, camera, snacks, couple old rags for wiping visor and seat off.

Does it matter if the EZ Pass is mounted upside down? As in if you look at it the words are upside down on the windshield.

I remember seeing a couple people post that they were worrying about not having enough luggage. Now either I'm severely under packing, or I'm travel with a bunch of women that change your clothes 3 times a day.

Kinda disappointed, went to the dealer today to get my tire pressure sensor replaced and they forgot to order the nut that holds it on. The new sensor is a new style and the nut is different, the new part did not come with one. So we ordered the nut and hope it comes in by Wednesday, if not oh well but it would have been nice to have it working.
