  1. It was released in September of 2011. On a related note I put an ICS leak on mine a few days ago. It makes the Bionic even more awesome.

wow... looking back through bills it appears you are right. I went to the verizon store a week ago and they told me I had it since may of last year... I'll have to go back and yell at them. September it is!

  2. Droid Bionic with extended battery has not missed one beat in almost a year...

+1 my Motorola Bionic has been going strong as well, had it since May 2011. Extended battery gets me two days with average use (got battery same time I got the phone).

to those worried about leaks its not really a big deal, most run distilled water for the better cooling but put extra additives into it. you can also buy coolant that is not conductive so even if it does leak you will be fine.

your next mod should be cable management

Seeing this set up reminded me of the time I used to spend on this website:

There are a lot of cool projects out there for water cooling, cable management, case builds from scratch, etc. Takes a lot of digging around the site but you find some cool stuff there.

  4. Bump for Mike,

He is a neat freak when it comes to cars/ bikes.

    Why are you selling?

    Thanks Kim,

I plan on getting another bike very soon - but probably more of a standard sport bike (e.g. zrx1100/1200, Zephyr 1100), maybe an inexpensive project bike. I liked this cbr a lot, just looking for something different.

  5. I went the other way ... from Phoenix/Tucson to here. It seemed as though I took less medication here in ohio for allergies than I did back there. This varies per person though. I have more of a reaction to the dust and pollen in AZ which triggered mine.

After a few years here, and visiting back and forth it seems that it is pretty equal actually, just depends on what Im reacting to. Many people I know say once they moved out there their allergies got much better. This was the case for both of my parents, who moved from Chicago to AZ quite a long time ago.

  6. Selling my HP laptop, Pavilion dv6629wm. Has a 15.4" widescreen display. In good shape, works fine, only a few light scratches on the lid (see pictures). It came with windows vista, but it has been upgraded to windows 7 home premium 64-bit. Battery does hold a charge and runs for a while without being plugged into the wall. Just did the upgrade to win 7 so all old data is wiped off, only basic operating system components loaded on at this time. All the drivers are installed and compatible with 64-bit windows 7. Runs pretty quick for a basic machine - great for email and web browsing. All windows updates are done and it currently has microsoft security essentials loaded. Comes with a good OEM HP power adapter. Specs are as listed below:

    1.5 GB RAM

    250 GB HDD

    AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-58 1.90GHz CPU

This bike is MINT, with very low miles - under 6,300 original miles. The bike runs perfect and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Garage kept, clean title in hand.

Purchased the bike a little under a year ago from a meticulous owner. Had approx. 5,800 miles when I picked it up. Since then I have done all preventative/required maintenance including:

-Changed oil and filter using OEM Honda oil and OEM filter from the dealership. - @6,000miles

-Changed brake fluid using OEM Honda dot 4 brake fluid from dealership. - @6,000miles

-Changed coolant using OEM Honda engine coolant from dealership. - @6,000miles

-Adjusted chain, still has tons of life left, sprockets in great shape. - @6,000miles

Mechanically this thing is entirely stock, except for a Yosh slip on pipe. Did not mess with chain, sprockets, tune, etc on this bike - very close to stock to keep value. This was not treated like a race bike, I just wanted a good handling, and reliable sport bike. When stored this past winter it was kept on the battery tender under a cover with stabil in the tank. When the weather got nice it fired right up and ran beautifully.

    Other notes:

    -Flush mount turn signals

    -Shorter clutch/brake levers

-Tires recently replaced by previous owner, Dunlop sportmax tires. - @5,500 miles

Needs nothing, ready to ride! You will not find a cleaner cbr with great maintenance history, must see to appreciate. No joy rides, you can test ride the bike with cash in hand.

  8. As stated again and again. It totally depends on how well it has been taken care of. I don't have a problem with higher miles.

Agreed. I had a subaru legacy wagon with over 300k now on original motor/trans, but it was well taken care of. I also had a civic with 240k - no problems at all ran great, had a Jeep with 175k, and I have another subaru now with 170k. Miles don't scare me away, but lack of service records and a high price sure would...
