  1. If you recovered the front seat, great job......if you recovered the rear seat, pull the wrinkles out and reattach
  2. I run Roadsmart 2's on the street, and Q2's for spirited stuff. Both hold up well for me and my big bike, but I've stuck with Dunlop because I've had results I wanted. Michelin has a lot of options, but I've only had 1 set of Powers the last 2 bikes so I can't speak much of them
  3. Cool, be nice to hangout sometime and go for a ride. I'll pm ya my cel
  4. Sucks you live so far, would've enjoyed to check in and visit now and then to BS and lend a hand when needed.
  5. Really? My Brocks' system offers full map support online ( along the likes of a ton of other brands ) for every injected bike they manufacture for. Not sure the PC5 would be a completely different animal from my PC3 in that you couldn't download and dump maps onto it? Simple process and gets you VERY close to a good tune, although nothing beats perfection like a custom tune for YOUR bike. Oh, and the wife & I are in for May 11th on the DynoDay. Be cool to meet some more folks, and learn some things about dyno work
  6. Welcome! Several other Cinci area riders here too
  7. Shouldn't feel stupid, catching things like this BEFORE you run the bike puts you ahead of another failure or further disassemby. When's your inlet tubing due in? I take it there was no way to chop up what you'd already used to rebuild the pipe?
  8. I love it when shops take their profits over the long run, makes 'em fly off the shelf. Old English has recently had half doozen or more AR. A lightly outfitted LAR15 (.308) in the sub $2k range. Big Lapua and a long .50 light, but I was scared to look at the tags:D
  9. Actually seeing other angles of it's shell, it doesn't look quite as bad. And $400 is far easier to agree with vs. $700. The view is a much wider angle than I'd seen in the other other link too. May be something to look into afterall? Buy one up and post a review!
  10. Thanks, I'd forgotten to check back in on their site this week!
  11. Where is this road, and why is it not around my house

Dont forget Golf and Bowling! Oh, wait.....those aren't real sports
  13. Yes sir, I COMPLETELY understand
  14. I'm with you guys......I've seen some sort of rearward camera/visor hud somewhere, but may have been a prototype? Not searched for them, so I dont know what's available. I agree with the concept's market, safety is always needing addressed.....but this is poor application. Who would want their helmet's integrity compromised just to see behind them when the mirrors on the bike haven't been improved on since mirrors became a standard? I mean, don't their necks work to look both ways?
  15. Cool lil streetfighter. I like it much better now.....less is more  Edit - Aw shit.....now your toolbox doesn't match the bike.....time scuff n shoot it black too
  16. I gather you're a methodical guy just from short convo at Kilkare last year and talk around here. Surprised you let that happen, actually The way you've got it now would be a stealthier install anyway, and does your way decrease the number/amount of bends between the turbo and intake? Logic tells me that lesser degree of angles against the pressurized air would allow more cfm, is that a safe assumption?
  17. I enjoy camping time to time, but all that equip on a bike redefines roughing it......Wing and a trailer is one thing, but a standard cruiser/sport would surely impede the amount of essentials you could tote along. Hell, we've packed the pickup for a weekender and still forgot some things. If I attempted this, it would need to be a close-to-home trial run
  18. W the fuck man......I would pound a fucks face to a bloody puddle if ever I saw something like this happen to anyone's child. Nail his dick to a wall, hand him a knife, and set the building on fire......he can cut his own throat or live as a eunuch
  19. Looks good man, I like the flat OD and black combo. If it were mine, a thin red pinstripe outlining the black sections would really set it off. Good job and cool look
  20. Place in little ol' Covington Ohio is opening an 800yd range. They've got several distances open now, but the long range is coming soon. http://www.ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=101270
  21. Glad to hear it wasn't THAT detrimental, I was thinking you fired it and there was a bearing issue or worse. Dropping the engine to fix a shift shaft issue? Wow, hope there's another way...
  22. Ok now, no need to make it dramatic......lets here what happened and your plan for remedy. Jeesh, its like waiting a week for the next episode reveal where Mike kills the neighbor for not returning a wrench he needed:D Just shoot the guy and get the bike done already!
  23. These "look" decent and very fairly priced http://www.tachyoninc.com/ Anybody use/heard about these??
