  1. Signed up for intermediate friday....may sign up for monday over the weekend.

I should have asked when I called in, what should I do if I want to stay overnight thursday?  Never stayed overnight at mid-o and I don't really feel like setting up the tent multiple times if it is avoidable.

If you are staying for the races ( 2 day ticket) there is a special place for you to camp.
  2. My .02... I am 5' ( on a good day) I lowered and raised my bike. It feels completely different when riding. I raised it up for many reasons, mainly due to how it handles.

Brian is right you need to change all three, roaring toyz sells a kit and so does Brock's Performance.

To avoid lowering try the following, buy riding boots/shoes with a thick sole then insert gel insoles ( I use 2 one full one heel only, stacked) this added a good 1.5-2.0" to my height.

Good luck and watch for low spots on the road.

  3. To keep is simple, I think we'll keep all the details the same for each years ride so those who couldn't make it to the first one, can still experience the same route, etc. This will save a lot of time on planning and just qualify a date and who's all going.

It will help. Just need date, leads and sweeps.

Julie good luck, I am not sure we will see you before you go

  4. AMA museum, seams smaller than I remember. No mention of Ohioriders :(. At one of the Epic rides we should take a photo and collection so we can post our group on the wall.

However, Doc, Casper and CBRgirl must be in the photo.

  5. I get that but I blew all of my expendable cash this year getting the bike and some usable gear. Have to wait until next season for a track suit, a decent helmet and another set of tires for the ones I burn at the track day.

Come and see hellmutt, we have a suit, boots and other gear we are selling for a friend.

I did my first track day in textile.
