at every light I'm looking behind me and move either to the left side or right side.  Plus I leave enough room so if I have to move because of someone being inattentive I can roll on the gas and get out of the way.

oh and they also said to change your workout that can stimulate other muscle groups and the weight loss will start up again,.

No issue with that with my trainer.  I need to change up the cardio portion since I can only do so much on an elliptical. 

Time to change something, probably my cardio.  Sitting at 200 and can't seem to drop another pound.  Not going to overreact as that's when I usually do something stupid, like stop.

I will be there as usual and ElectricEye Images will be working for/with me that weekend.  According to Canon I will have some test gear that weekend to use.  I just hope that no one mistakes the lens for a bazooka!  If Taft can come out and play at Nelson Ledges, the Ohio contingent can drive out to Indy and support MotoSeries.

I'd love to come out and shoot for the OR crew but I have a gig on Saturday and I need the cash!

As of last Thursday my first goal has been met, 200 lbs. which is over 90 lbs. lighter than when I started!  Next goal is 180 which will put me 30 lbs. away from my high school weight.  To say that I'm excited would be putting it mildly.  One of the other clients where I train started a contest for the month of July and August, their own version of biggest loser.  $10 to enter and 15 people entered.  Winner is determined by body weight percentage lost.  So wish me luck!

I have her number if anyone needs it.

I hear ya guys on battling in the 600 Expert class. I wish it was closer. I would really like to see the 1000cc bikes in a different race. I know I get hung up trying to pass them since I don't like the really close passes that the faster 600cc racers feel comfortable making. I guess that is on me though.

Just mention something to Todd.  If there's no three hour teams signed up I'm sure he's open to splitting it up.

So you were in turn 4 ?

Yes I was on Sturday and Sunday.  Friday I was in 1B.  Had Disalvo blow by into pro-straight a couple of times.

I had  great spot to take pics on Saturday and Sunday, but the damn TV camera was focused on my station so I figured that AMA would take issue with a corner worker snapping pics and not waiving flags.  I had way to many yellows at my station due to racers heading into the beach on Saturday and Sunday.  I did get both Josh's to autography a picture I took last year of them in the keyhole.

Todd that first pic is T5 indeed.  I have so much fun shooting there although I was tired as hell from using the MTB instead.

After talking to a few people it sounds like it was a good thing we got back from vacation late and I couldn't make this event. 

 You're just jealous that you didn't get to shack up with Brandon, Jinu, Matt and myself in the Chateaux de Canvas on Friday night!

I'll be there as well spending a few days living in the corners and then a couple of days of shooting pics.  Todd I'll be in the workers' compound so feel free to stop by.  I'll be hanging around the LEC crew.

Had a blast drifting the karts all around the track Saturday nights.  Learned that I'm still out of shape after using the MTB all weekend.  Drove through a hurricane on the way home yesterday.  Just got unpacked and now time to start working on pictures.
