  1. you should have just left for home when UP showed up
  2. Dang, sorry to hear this. Good thing is you rode home and prolly will ride again. Now you have good winter project.
  3. unfortunately what you said is true , but thats the problem about visiting the populated areas, the two you mentioned is like the most populated, congested cities in india which is not a place to have vacation. soooo many other places to be at. But honestly agree 100% with you, not suited for every one i guess.
  4. Just came across this video while surfing youtube, and thought might as well post it here. Hopefully at least one person gets influenced. My only suggestion to fellow OR, visit india at least once while you guys are young and having a strong stomach . The experience is so vivid and different that this will feel like visit 30+ countries in a week. Every 300+ miles takes you to different states with different terrain, culture food etc. Need to be fairly healthy and active to enjoy it all. Snow capped mountain, dessert, rain forest, backwater lagoons, and even bustling city life. Best part is all this you can do with the least amount of money. Other than airfare every thing else is cheap if you research well before hand. Get this, with 2$ you can eat at good places 3 times a day. Rent a royal enfeild and ride around even. Every part of india someone knows english, so no worries. thats all i have to say. The video is based on the experience of woman traveling in india http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5GU9odcbfo
  5. posting genius moments in OR Pure win
  6. i am out of town dave or else would have been been fueled up and ready to go December 55 degree ride in ohio is nothing but a miracle
  7. Pauly, If I was off those days I would be riding down with you 100% but alas
  8. Nooooooooooooooo0000000ooo0000ooooooœ Alright, have fun & ride safe every one.

    2013 gap trip

Do it second week of may please, only time I can get vacation, and We are planning a ride to and back from gap through some nice roads on those day, wish OR has similar days
  12. i am guessing he sold it, the last guy posted about no bike and now his details says 06 600 RR, so prolly its sold. but thats just deduction might be wrong
  13. Vfr - it can do everything except off roading
  14. almost ended up buying one after forst track day, thank god i got control over the OCD after couple more excellent street rides. if i was settled, and knew whats gonna happen next year i would have at least tried to buy a real sports bike. Then you will like the rides, we just do 65-70 on straights and try to hit the curves hard thats all. when you look at it, its pretty safe street riding. if going for zx6r, my personal opinion go for the 09+ which comes with lot more stock options and much more pretty and sleek looking girl.
  15. hahaha show off UP ride is the only adrenaline rush hope for you on streets. The only way for you to have fun and challenge with our ride is to come straight from a dental tooth pull or after downing 1/2 bottle of benadryl btw, is it any fun for you track riders to ride the street again, no paranoia about gravel, blind corners etc? not enough speed etc etc
  16. wah.. your prepping her real good, so no more ducati dream? i wish to get a leaner and meaner bike just to get a feel of the bike, i never rode the zx6r when i had mine. i told you so.. lol wish you just came out rather sit at home thx jdonn, next year for sure we will ride. PS: nice avatar
  17. thx ryan hopefully not, next year at least couple more months i will get to ride the ohio roads
  18. This will be prolly the last edit of group rides this year Now on the possibility to go out to have a fun ride seems negligible. Not a big fan of sliding cold roads and rigid no body movement riding coz of 3 layers of clothing. Thinking about calling it quits for now and ride next year. Anyways, the last day was reasonably good due to the sun even thou bit chilly
  19. haha i just told him to stay away from you till he gets another 5 group rides under his belt, but to be honest he is good rider, likes to ride fast and his dirt bike exp helps a lot, doesnt seem to be affected by gravel tar snakes etc. only bad habit...trying to touch the road with his hand in mid turn lol true, in fact we were slowing down, i slow down to the point of paranoid slow in blind turns and hills, which actually i am trying to correct Yep i was strong and composed ...... ..... ..........waited till i reached home and changed my shorts that was a beautiful day and ride, too bad your track snob now ,
  20. thx for the well wishes guys, It was me hellmutt hehe, almost touched it couldnt eat it True, he couldnt see us, but his turn starts only after he crests the hill, I mean the double yellow extended all the way to almost our side of crest before the gap to cross over. He kinda turned ahead of that. i was pretty okay with it, may be years off riding in chaos of indian traffic. From trucks cars autos, to dogs cows do this all the time Plus our slower winter pace helped a lot, if we were doing our summer ride pace i might have ended up in his passenger seat
  21. just 15 sec clip of a close call during today's ride, just split second away from being a viral video. He just turned right in front out of no where http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jd6GIXiGl80
  22. Tim, i might be leaving back to home, for sure will leave Ohio see, should have rode Nice meeting you brandon, will edit the videos during next week. All videos except the one mounted on mine came out pretty good lolo, the one i had has that red cord in front of the lens almost all the time Brandon ur a good rider, all you need is a tank bag and some some water and your all set to ride with this contingent of OR. As always forwarding this to you in case you havent seen it already, http://www.motorcyclistonline.com/flashback/122_0911_the_pace_nick_ienatsch/ Thx to every one for coming out, fun riding with dave and john again, hopefully dave u were not bored with the moderate pace, had no confidence in pushing it with the paranoia of slipping cold tires. Plus that close call with the car kinda made me extra nervous and cautious i guess. Next summer we will do the spirited ride again
