Let me know whenever you feel like looking at it. I used the scanner to relearn the brake sensor and it pops stabilitrak as soon as it finishes the procedure. Says it was successful but stabilitrak instantly pops on. We unplugged the harness to the ebcm and reconnected it. No difference.

These are the bolt in hubs with sensors. So at the very least those codes should have disappeared, but not my luck. Going to put it back on the lift and re-seat the ABS module connections after lunch.

Need some help. I have a 2004 Cts-V. It has had the traction control, abs and brake light come on while driving over 45ish since I bought it. Under 45 the radio display willl occasionally flash that the stabilitrak is enabled and go off. Once you hit 45 it says service stabilitrak and all those lights come on. I have a Tech 2 style scanner that says it has a code C0281 dynamic rear proportioning. And also a Left and Right front wheel speed sensor code. I have cleared all stored codes and these keep coming back. I have replaced ALL 4 wheel hubs. The rear passenger CV axle. It has brand new pads/rotors. Calipers are in good shape. I have replaced the PITA brake switch under the brake pedal. The dealership replaced the front brake hoses under warranty last week. I have replaced all broken light bulbs including the third brake light panel on the rear end of the car. And these codes persist. What am I missing?

I drove it home last night. Engine, transmission and all the big stuff are good. It has a weird issue with the stabilitrak though. At low speeds its fine, once you go over 45 it disables traction control/abs and says to service the stabilitrak. Guessing some kind of a sensor will need replaced. I am just happy it doesn't need an engine.

It needs more than wheel cleaner. Almost 2 years of dust and spiderwebs on it. I got to drive it a mile earlier. It's much quicker than I expected. It felt pretty good. Needed a battery and radiator which were done this evening. So far no leaks.

Let's Discuss Paint: Bright and Bold? or Dark and Quiet?
blue98ls1 replied to ShowHBK's topic in Passing Lane
I tend to like black cars for the sleek shiny look. I also feel like in a daily it attracts the least attention. However, when I am looking for "fun" cars, I usually look for specific colors that I like on the particular car I am looking for. For example, when we were looking for a Camaro a few years ago, I was looking at all the rare colors and Hugger Orange was and still is my favorite color on these cars. -
It's not showing up for me.

Anthony and I traded in our WRX for something with a better ride quality. Harsh back roads and lowered cars just aren't very fun when you are old. So we picked up this 2009 G8 GT. We have been looking for one for 3 years. It was time to take the jump. http://thumb.ibb.co/iA4M8x/20180202_212512.jpg It was completely stock when we bought it. We already put an intake on it. And it will possibly get an axle back exhaust next weekend, weather depending. It's also going to go visit Tim for a nice exterior detail in a couple weeks. :masturboy: http://thumb.ibb.co/i6x8ox/27503600_10155612348688863_381615367402463435_o.jpg

As everyone else has said, they smell horrible, even descented. They sleep a ton so it's a good pet for someone busy. They steal shiny things and hide them.. like my keys. Some of them do bite, one of ours was an asshole, the other was very friendly. We ended up rehoming ours after a year.

Friend of mine at work is selling a set of wheels he took off of his truck. His contact info is in the CL ad. https://columbus.craigslist.org/wto/d/20-rims/6359328173.html
