  1. What type of rims do you think would look good on this car? http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/928-2.jpg http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/928-1.jpg I can't keep the wheels on it that it currently has because the front and rear are different sizes and it makes the car handle like ass. So I am looking for a set of wheels where the front and back wheels are the same size. Preferably in 16's. Sorry I don't have any better pics of the car, my computer crashed and I lost most of my pics.
  2. SNES - One of the original systems, comes complete with everything needed to hook it up. However, sometimes it plays in color, sometimes in black and white. Seems like there is a loose connection somewhere. - FREE to whoever comes and picks it up. Guitar stand - I bought this several years ago for my bass guitar, that feels like another life time ago. - FREE to whoever picks it up. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/guitarstand.jpg Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic. Free stuff goes to whoever can get here first. I want it gone asap. NES - Comes with everything needed to hook it up. Never had an issue with it. $20.
  3. Did anyone check to make sure the septic system was operating correctly? Make sure the level in the tank is where it should be. I had one that was in the beginning stage of failure a few years ago due to the previous home owner never cleaning out the system. During the winter was the worst.
  4. I have had a bunch of cars without front plates and was only ticketed once. I was speeding (90+ in a 65) and the officer was being extremely nice and gave me a front plate violation instead of a speeding ticket.
  5. 1969 Torino Cobra, 428 bored .060 over, 3x2 holley carbs.... lots of other mods, it was awesome. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/3605.jpg
  6. Showing up to official CR meets (more than a couple times per year), active/contributing member of the forum. Paul is a good example. He comes out to pretty much every official CR meet/track day/car show.... And I believe you do too, so you would fall into that category.
  7. Senior members get to post in The Oven and rep people. To become a senior member you need "1000 posts, three years on CR, or active participation (per Administrator approval) in CR meets will get you in."
  8. Awesome, thanks! I will PM you once I get some more details worked out.
  9. Looks like there is enough interest to start planning this. I will be planning this for a Saturday, due to it being an all day event and most people having to work Monday morning.
  10. Basically at each check point you would recieve a card from a deck of cards. At the end of the event, whoever would have the best hand would win the cash prize. There will be other prizes (sponsor prizes) for other things as well.
  11. We are starting to plan events for this year and I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in participating in a CR Poker Run. I am thinking it would start early in the morning, have several check points and end some place where everyone could meet for dinner. Post up if this is something you would be interested in. It would probably happen sometime in May.

  13. As of Feb 1, 2011 - Regular CR members are allowed to list up to 6 vehicles per year. Anyone selling more than 6 vehicles in a calendar year will be required to become a sponsor, please contact an Admin or "FireBeard!!!" to pay Sponsorship dues.
  14. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61288 Tell us more about your cars and post pics asap!
  15. That guy has evidently been single too long. He has had to resort to attempting to cook.
  16. Keep this on topic with serious offers only please.
  17. Aj took a look at it (Thanks again!) Its power steering fluid in the front and oil in the back.
  18. Water pump was replaced with a new one in the fall. The car has had every fluid changed/flushed and tons of new parts put on it this year. Most of it was done around Sept-Nov. Some of the parts where replaced twice. The car is a money pit. This car seems to find some part to break no matter what I do. At this point I am just hoping its something stupid like another bad PS pump.
  19. I thought of PS fluid once. LOL Probably just because it went through 3 pumps last year and thats one of the few things I have seen the car puddle on the ground. What would cause it to look milky like that though? Its a 6spd car. Thanks! I will txt you tomorrow.
  20. Since we bought the car the rear main seal has always leaked a little. Never puddled up though or even hit the ground for that matter. It has this nasty shit coming from middle of the car area, small puddle, assuming where the rear main seal is. And a whole bunch of it from what looks like front of the engine area. I need to get the car up in the air though to be sure where exactly its coming from. Its left several spots on the driveway in the different places I have parked the car. And in the parking lot of several places I have gone today. I am thinking it is a head gasket because if it was just oil mixing with coolant once it hit the driveway it should only be in one place, it is leaking in 2 places. I took a picture of the nasty stuff, see below.. I have no idea what the fuck else it could be except coolant mixed with oil. Pic: http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/puddle.jpg
  21. Whats the best way to test for a head gasket failure on a 1998 Firebird? My car is leaking something on the ground that looks like nasty iced coffee or spoiled milk or something equally gross. I pulled the dipstick for the oil and the coolant and both look clean. The car is not over heating or anything. But this stuff looks like a mixture of coolant/oil to me.
  22. Yes, it is a plastic tank..... It does look fairly easy to do, but I am scared of breaking the metal tabs and would prefer someone else that has more experiance/proper tools do it since a new radiator is extremely expensive for this car.
  23. My Porsche 928's end tank on the passenger side of the radiator cracked. I can buy a new tank for it and remove the radiator myself but need to find a shop to install the tank. Anyone here work at a radiator repair shop that can fix this or anyone have any recommendations on a shop to call?

    im back!!!!

Ok so where does it end? Its ok to make a stupid comment once in a while, everyone makes the "Your mom" comments or whatever, but when you have a whole group of people that make it go on for months, in this case, years... And then you have people start signing up with fake accounts and stuff pretending to be his sister and trying to find pictures of them on the internet and taking it to the extreme it just has to stop. It has gone beyond a bad joke. Its harassment.
