  1. Captive bolt stunner. Rail guns use electromagnetic forces to propel a kinetic energy warhead several times the speed of sound.
  2. Carb work is simple. Get a service manual and read some forum posts and dive in. Best way to learn.
  3. I was supposed to ride with him saturday but he had family stuff and had to cancel. Haven't seen him on since then. Guessing the pib ride was ghey as fuck.
  4. Ah....I see now. Yes perfectly normal. If it stops ticking I'd worry.
  5. Is it a 750 nighthawk or a 500 twin? It cannot be both.
  6. I have a pile of them in my garage in massillon. Big boxes
  7. How about the valuable role they play in the population control of deer, and also putting food on people's plates?
  8. 80 yr old house. Knob and tube wiring in half of it. So 3 bedrooms and a bathroom need done. I'd like an estimate.
  9. Then explain the millions of gun owners who live their entire lives without shooting someone. If we want to use them so badly what is holding us back?
  10. Get part #s and run a search on ebay.
  11. You're such a cunt, and for so many reasons..... A: you cannot prove intent, so you're a cunt. 2: people have things like first aid kits and fire extinguishers because they might need them but they never WANT to use them, so you're a cunt. III: shut up.
  12. Headlight relays are behind the fairing. Swap the low beam for the high beam and see if the problem moves to the high beam. If it does, you need a relay. If it doesn't then you have an issue at the switch or in the wiring. Tuono uses the same fuse for both beams so it can't be a fuse if high beams still work. You can jump the poles on the relay socket with a wire to see if the problem is down stream from the relay or up stream.
  13. If you're more sport touring oriented I'd wait for the fj09 to come out.
  14. But not for ten grand. I guess you might find a lbts used one for that...
  15. Is there anything covered in the books that's not covered in the videos?
  16. Rapid transit recon. It's a nice big bag and you can fit a gps in the map pocket. Also has cellphone pocket with window. I am able to cram in my lunch for work, spare gloves, tablet pc, a few cans of pop, the back pack straps and the liner for my jacket with some room to spare. It turns into a not very gay looking back pack with the straps and has integrated rain cover. I've had it up to 130 (on a long straight deserted stretch of divided highway) and the wind didn't budge it. The side "wings" magnet to the back of the bag and the bottom or rear magnetic protrusion folds into its own little pocket. Has good reflective piping and also organizers for keys, change etc. I think it was around $70.
  17. A Facebook friend is making and selling these. Thought some of you would be interested. http://www.pitstrap.com/No-Squidding-BLACK-Pitstrap-007.htm
  18. Turn off ignition and kill switch. Unplug fuel wiring harness under tank. Hold down both select and reset buttons while turning on ignition. Lcd should read 'diag'. If there's something wrong it should throw a code. http://www.biketuna.co.uk/wiki/index.php?title=Fault_Code_Reading_And_Deleting_R1_5PW It will at least get you closer to knowing what component is messed up.
  19. If you're going to replace with ceramics within a year then just put ceramics in now. Why buy 1 set, then take them out while they're still probably fine and put in another set?
  20. We try to weed out the weak ones here early. Butthurt will not be tolerated.
  21. Aluminum isn't bad to weld if you have a TIG setup.
