  2. I have a 200 lumen utg I got off ctd a few years ago. It's heavy and big but doesn't eat batteries too bad and I like that it can also be used as as regular flashlight.
  3. Ok....can anyone recommend a good inexpensive tent campground that's laid back when it comes to alcohol? There are so many options in the link my eyes just glaze over.

  7. Crushed it (for me anyway) at the gym. 20 min on the elliptical to warm up then 30 min circuit training. Home, turkey burgers, cottage cheese and bed. Gonna be sore tomorrow.
  8. I routinely spend leftover calories on beer after work. Going to hit pf tonight and try some circuit training. Then maybe bake up some chicken at home after.

  10. Salads and the occasional sub on honey oat bread. I subtract fiber from total carbs and count net carbs. I can go over 200 now and then and keep my a1c around 6. It's a balancing act but I've been doing it long enough to know how.

  12. I'm talking about south of akron and north of green. Right there around lakemore and uniontown. It's called Springfield township...because it's on Springfield reservoir.
  13. I got the diabeetus so I really can't eat much more than 150-200 grams of carbs a day...really limits your diet . My goal is to lose some weight, or at least to lose some inches off my gut but it's also to ensure my heart doesn't crap out on me in 25 years. I want to be an old ass man still on a motorcycle one day.
  14. I'm not having a problem sticking with it so far, my food choices are getting a bit monotonous tho, getting tired of salads and subway...but not turkey burgers yet. I'm on 2200 calories a day so I get some wiggle room if I want a wendys chicken sandwich or something like that but mostly healthy stuff. I feel much better tho, more energy for sure and I've lost some weight but it's starting to plateau.

  19. There are youtube videos on how to burn em off and clean them. It's a quick fix but doesn't last as long as a new coil. You can also buy wire and wick material and build your own.

  23. Very embarrassing night at the gym. First, I was preoccupied when I entered the building and accidentally walked almost all the way into the women's locker room. The entry way curves in a different direction than the men's (probably to alert idiots like me) so I caught myself and backed out. Only 1 person that I know of saw me do this and we had a good laugh. Then I discovered that you can't just leave your stuff in a locker, lock it and expect shit to be cool. "My" locker was empty when I found it. The guy at the desk explained to me that 1100 members have to SHARE the 120 lockers...This should have occurred to me beforehand. My $10 lock had been destroyed but most of my stuff was in a cardboard box behind the desk with a bunch of other people's stuff. After my workout and shower I realized that I had not brought a gym bag because duh, my stuff would be in my locker. My only option was to roll it all up in my towel and carry it out like the shameful hobo I am. At least I had a good workout.
  24. Thanks derek, I wish I had the confidence in my abilities that I had a few seasons ago but a couple slides have kind of made me back down a bit on the knee dragging. I need to put in some track time with the bandit, also really need to set up the suspension correctly. Maybe after a few months on the road I'll be more confident and opt for the medium group...maybe I'm a better rider than I think I am...last time I thought I was fast I ended up in a ditch with a totaled bike....
