I have never noticed the heat you speak of at my right boot area, of course riding and owning it for 4 years tends to get you used to things. I can tell you without a doubt that less heat is noticeable with the Area P can and midpipe than the bazooka OEM system. The foam inserts really do help from what I hear concerning overall heat, but can't say much about the foot heat you felt. I can tell ya that the heat sure feels good at certain times of the year though.

That might very well be my favorite, even my Wife loves it.

Buying is good.....service not so good. At least that is what I here, have not needed the assistance or paid fuck ups from a dealer in quite some time.

Generator is fueled up, 5 gallons more in a can, plenty of LED flashlights, and booze to easy my sorrows. Yup I am ready I think!

Forgot to put oil cap back on once, made a nice mess when I started up the bike.....otherwise I have been pretty fortunate in my maintenance dealings.

Is it still under warranty? If not I am sure there are a few great guys on the forum who knows a thing or 2 about bikes that could figure it out. Motorcycles are not cars, best to learn as much as you can about maintaining them and fixing them, not many dealer techs know their ass from their hand.

Can't just watch a short bit like that, it is bar none one of the very best series of all time IMHO.
