Just lowered the price a bit today and then will do it again come Sunday to see if we can attract any buyers. Haven't had anything pop up as of late. Not even any more "tire kickers"

Sorry I don't have an update on the OR T-Shirt order. I created this thread to ask if anyone does. I'm not worried about them just looking to see how much green I need to get ready to pony up and whats the status of completion. My wife is even asking when are they coming in, and she never asks about that kind of stuff. Just wondering.

Feedback is in and i guess the house showed great. The potentials were looking for a little more room inside and in the back yard. Stuff that we can't do anything about. everything else was good. I guess that's better than wanting the garage dry wall skimmed.

So just had the first showing. Got the feedback from my realtor sent by the other realtor. The only thing filled out was a small comment that stated " The drywall needs to be skimmed and or ready to be painted. Not Interested." The only drywall not painted is in the garage......Its a garage. and if they were not interested in the house because of that, then we have a long road ahead of dumb ass potential buyers. I hate lazy people.

Can I meet up to get mine since im the same town as casper? It would save me on shipping and you on packing.
