I believe so. I understand AJ, I'm handy, but I want to know if there is structural damage. Id be interested in seeing what your issue is/was, and how you were able to remediate it. If it comes to doing some minor cement/concrete work and some sikaflex, possibly some french drains, maybe. But full out basement damage scares me.

Anyone got any suggestions for reasonable Basement repair/remediation (think moisture, possible foundation damage), and HVAC people? I see Quest Air is a sponsor on here, anyone know them or if they discount at all for CR? Any experiences? Mainly concerned with the basement repair, I am looking to get some quotes initially on repairs that may be needed.

Would it be considered jewish lightening if anthony burned down the CR server (just our server, not the others in the rack) then wrote off CR for 38k in taxes? I bet this very question has kept him awake at night some nights.

How are you peeps comin along on taxes? Can anyone recommend a tax person to do my personal tax? I feel like I am getting fucked every year. I need someone with the ability to do a 1040 (dont qualify for the short ez form), tax sales/purchases, dividends, school loan interest forms. I would also like someone who is aggressive. I have no interest in doing this myself. I simply don't have the time to devote to delving into the US tax code. Flat tax anyone?
