You'd think so...I've had several solar charger things like that and not one of them has been worth a crap at charging from the sun. Takes forever. I don't think solar cells have improved much recently...especially the lower cost ones that are in gadgets like these. Would love to see one that was worthwhile!

Meh, you're better off using Waze. With the instant on guns a lot of LEO's use, by the time a radar detector alerts you it usually too late.

Sugru is the shit...I've used it to fix a number of things. I even added a "ball" end to one of the levers on my XR650L when I chopped it down to be a shorty because they don't make one that fits the bike specifically.

Yep, I tried after the last sygic update but you still can't import routes. I even emailed their support about it and the answer they gave me was simply you can import favorite places and they never directly addressed my question. After that I decided not to waste my time with them.

Have you checked with Cadre Cycle (NE Cinci)? Most of the guys are former BMW techs and I know they work on a lot of Euro bikes.
