  1. please take someone with you or at least tell someone where your heading and when youll be there. As others pointed out, people tend to go over the yellow there a lot, and its nothing for someone to pull away as you go sailing over the edge.

  2. Spend $100 on a GOOD Casio G-Shock, and you'll never regret it.

I'm going on 6yrs. on mine, I wear it everyday, and it's never missed a beat!

Trust me. One thing I know is watches.

love my Gshock. Ive had mine since i was in the navy in 2002. Ive had to replace the battery twice, but it takes a beating.

  3. I was down there the other day and checked out these zero-60 suits. They feel very thick and touch. They have all the appropriate padding and protection in all the right spots. Most of the seams seemed to be triple stitched and had flex panels in the arm pits groin and knees. I dont recall any place for knee sliders but I wouldnt be amazed if a velcro patch was there for them. Im considering getting a red suit come late winter.

  4. Ive been asked this so many times by people in my area/family. I tell them

Since ive started riding serious, Ive found there are a ton of people out there that share the same common lifestyles. Most of them are not willing to enjoy life and experience the feelings we do as motorcyclists. Whether its 75mph down the highway, or getting a knee down in a reducing radius corner, or just meeting up with a group of people who enjoy the same common thing. It allows you to get out of the norm and meet up with individuals you wouldnt normally meet unless a happenstance incident brought you all together at the same time.

I tell them its a lifestyle that only a few have the nerve to experience and when you meet someone who enjoys it as much as you do, you will continue to do everything you can to forge friendships with those people.

This is why i road out 161 miles/3 hours to meet a group of people i havent meet before. To be given the chance to ride with a group of experienced riders who could teach me a thing or two. And I learned a lot on Saturday. The day of the Dream Ride, I learned a lot about different people, and I would hope weve managed to forge some new friendships that dont just stay with on the site or on rides together.

Next time we have one of these large meets, I will be stepping up to a more advanced group. Maybe not the fast group, but definitely more spirited. I ride these areas, to test my skills and continue to hone myself. There was a place on 78 I wouldve liked to have been able to stop at and get a group photo from up top with the scenery. It would have made for a great photo.

  5. Well they arent flying out the door as the stock they had when i was there was alot. So ill probably wait till late winter to get one. Sides Ill have to go down and get fitted for one.

With the weight im losing right now, i wouldnt want to buy one then have it not fit for the next season.

  6. St Rt 78 has some excellent views and a really nice pull off at the top of the ridge that allows for group pictures and gives the best view of the entire valley. While down that way a stop off around Big Muskie has some more impressive views. Far as farther south around the river i havent a clue.

  7. your links are set up to take you into the management profile for the listings. give us the actual listings for the items, I might even consider those drills if you had an actual link.

in the end i took the item number listing and searched craigslist. Found the drills. They are only 14volt, Im no where interested but thats not a bad price, they just wont work for what i need them to do

  8. Ok so i got a feeling I will be putting the 650 up soon, so im thinking about everything I should do for winterizing. So far I have the place to store, my cousins heated garage. I need to get a battery tender, (whats a good one for the money?) My plan is to fill the tank up and in the spring throw in a bottle of fuel stabilizer. Should i put it up on stands and take the pressure of the front and rear wheels so i dont get flat spots? The rear isnt to much concern as I will have to change it in the spring.
