  1. I have TWC for internet only. I am not impressed with the speed of my service at all. The added bonus is every year I get an additional $10/month added to my bill as a loyalty bonus. What started out as $19.99 is now $49.99.
  2. Not trying to take anything away from the amazing things you have done with your car but I was curious how your car compares. A/C? Weight? DR or slicks?
  3. What about the fuel rail? does it go from the back to to the front? if so a pinched or clogged line would restrict the fuel to the rear bank and leaning out the front bank?
  4. This works fine and dandy for the known bad situations. CCW in my opinion is for the unknown. If you knew what was going to happen everywhere you went why would you ever need a CCW or a gun in general. There are to many unknowns in daily life let alone when you are responding to medical emergencies. Very easy for a unknown subject down to be the result of a gang beating, domestic violence or drug deal gone bad.
  5. He is on an independent ambulance company.
  6. Is it legal? Specifically in an ambulance when you are an EMT. My father is a licensed CCW. He rides in/drives an ambulance for work. Is he legally allowed to posses a firearm while doing so? He is under the belief that because it is a commercial vehicle and they transport members of the public (similar to taxi and bus drivers) he is prohibited from doing so. Any citations of ORC allowing or banning this would be greatly appreciated. I have checked Ohio Concealed Carry and Buckeye Firearms and can't seem to find anything.
  7. 3600 lbs factory IRS powerglide transmission 7.52 @190 as of 11/23/08 1.2 60 ft twin turbo drag radials factory interior cd player still has A/C
  8. Alldatapro.com says: .03mm (.0012 in) max spec and .06mm (.0024 in) limit That is 12 TEN thousandths and 24 TEN thousandths. Much smaller then 120 thousandths (.120 in) or 240 thousandths (.240)
  9. The class is amazingly easy. If you have a gun and ammo you are all set. You honestly are close enough to the target that you could throw the gun at it and hit it in the face every time. It works out good because that is generally where a CCW will come into play. They go over all of the laws and they talk about parts of the gun and anything you have questions about. If any of the females on the board or spouses/girlfriends/mothers/sisters of people on the board are interested in a female class let me know. I would like to get my girlfriend into a class and she would prefer to go to one of the women's classes.
  10. It is called Le Meridian and it is in Cancun. I highly recommend it.
  11. Why is the Tesla not a true all electric vehicle?
  12. When I went to Mexico the hotel I stayed in had a 3 tier infinity pool. Those things are amazing. It wasn't near as high up as the Singapore one but, a better view in my opinion. http://www.starwoodhotels.com/pub/media/1877/mer1877po.89778_ub.jpg
  13. For a family car I would say the RL. We have been testing one at work and it is amazing. I have no problem being in the back seat for 4+ hours at a time. Even going through brake stops, hard accels and cornering it still manages to be comfortable. If you can find one with CMBS it is an amazing safety system. If you ever need it or get to experience it, you will be more thankful for that component then seat belts. It handles great in the winter even with the factory tires. The only downside in my book is the big ugly "chrome beak". When we were at the dealer getting ours, they told us they have started painting the grills body color and they sell a lot faster that way.

  17. If you are looking at sub 20 oz guns your looking at a pocket carry weapon. The general guidelines I have seen are: Concealed carry - <40oz <9" Compact carry - <30oz <8" Pocket carry - <20oz <6.5"
  18. I am interested in this too. I would like to relocate the battery on my Integra so, it will be inside the cabin just like a F-body.

  21. I would be interested in more about said vette.
  22. Many compact or subcompact single stack concealed carry semiautos have similar ammo capacities Auto-Ordnance 1911A1 7 rounds Beretta Tomcat 7 rounds Colt DA 45 7 rounds Colt Defender 45 7 rounds Glock 36 6 rounds Glock 39 6 rounds Kahr MK40 5 rounds K40 6 rounds MK9 7 rounds Kel-Tec P-3AT 6 rounds Ruger LCP 6 rounds Revolvers Ruger GP100 7 rounds S&W 327PD 8 rounds S&W Airlite 317 8 rounds Taurus Judge 5, 6, 7 rounds depending on model. If using Federal ammo each .410 round contains 4 000 pellets. Winchester has 3 defensive discs and 12 plated BBs. There are many more examples. I know there are many high capacity semiautos but, it limits which guns you can carry and the clothes you can wear when you get a bigger high capacity gun.
  23. is this for the second class or the original ccw class?
  24. Most revolvers designed for concealed carry have little or no hammer.
