I realize A) I need to slow down (thanks Captain Obvious, B) There is no mercy on this board (I don't remember asking for any) and C) I never expected it to get thrown out off court for the wrong birthdate (more interested in an adult in Juv. court).

I was driving home from the ADRL race late Friday night. I was passing the 70/71 split totally not paying attention to my speed following traffic. All of a sudden the red and blue lights up behind me. So I get pulled over. Cop comes back and gives me my ticket (75 in a 55). He then informs me that if I go to court and tell the prosecutor that he is willing to lower the charge he will "help me out" (not his exact words). So I say okay thanks. I get home and look at my ticket. He wrote my birth date as 06/08/93 (really 06/08/83). So I plan on going to court to get the "deal". Today I get a letter in the mail from the Juv. court telling me to ignore my court date, the case will be transferred to my local court and they will inform me of the date. First, do I still go to Juv court? Second, will it get thrown out? Third, I leave in about a week for 13 days. What if they send the notice and the date passes while I am out of town?

Same thing happened to me. My car got hit in my driveway. I chased the guy and got his plate number. The cops didn't do a thing. I even still have his license plate number stuck in my rear bumper. They said they couldn't prove it was him even though I could ID him.

No offense to SloMO but for a system with zero R&D on it I would not expect to pay the same amount or more as for a Skunk2 part. I can get a Kteller b pipe in SS 3" for $265 and that leaves me $300 for an over the axle pie, muffler, and test pipe. I would expect a local shop to do it for no more then 75% of what a LARGE brand name company does. I can understand if I was trying to beat an EBay price but this is full MSRP on a company that is known for being expensive. The only thing I can find that costs more is Mugen or Hytech.

I need a header back. Preferably no convertor. Should be 2 90 degree bends and an over axle pipe. Pretty typical Honda setup. I have a 2.5" flange to connect to the header.

We have an FX35 and an EX35 at work. I find both of them horribly uncomfortable to drive and their interiors very cheaply done. The only thing I do like is the Lane Departure Prevention system on our EX35. I also find the EX35 very hard to see out of. I have not drove the FX near as much. However, I do dread whenever we have to test them because it means being stuck in them for a couple hours.

I need a 3" (76mm) exhaust made that connects to a 2.5" (65mm) collector on my header. The only commercially available one I can find for my car is a Skunk2 Mega Power RR for $550. I talked to SlowMo but they want $600 to fab one up. Anyone know a place that will do it on the cheap? All I care is that it is 3" and mandrel bent.

It is not listed on the website and the court has no record of it. They told me my court date is either this Friday or next Friday and he doesn't have to turn it in until that day and my fine is also due the same day. The best they can tell me to do is to keep calling back.

First off, I broke the law and got caught. I am prepared to face the penalty.

 

When the Deputy stopped me, I never was told what I was stopped for or being cited for. He simply asked for license and insurance, went to his vehicle, came back and told me to sign my citation and write my phone number. After I read the citation to see what speed he got me at and signed it, he then gave me the speech about the signature is not admission of guilt and to pay the ticket or go to court.

 

Now for the questions.

 

Here is the problems. He did not fill in ANY of the summons information. No court, no date, no time. How do I find out when/where to pay my ticket by or go to court?

 

He also did not sign or print his name, badge, cruiser or district number. He did not fill in my present address. He also did not mark if it was ORC, ORD, or T.P. code that he was citing me under. He even wrote that I was clocked using laZer. I would think he could take the time to actually write the whole ticket and also spell it correctly. He had already checked the box marked laser. He could have just copied the spelling from there.

 

I also only received a light green/blue copy of the ticket. No fine list, no envelope to send it to the court in, nothing at all. Is this because of cut backs due to the economy?

I wonder if that spray foam would work quick enough to seal the hole and stop them form getting out? Then you could just cut the nest down and not worry about them getting out. Either way this should be pretty exciting.

 

DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!! There are many stories on the interwebs of people trying to use Great Stuff expanding foam. It works great until the foam expands large enough to split the hive open.
