  8. Hey everyone I would like to go just wondering if there are any beginner groups forming or maybe a slow and go group lol. Don't think I'm ready to be flying through turns just yet. Also is everyone staying in cabins most likely or just riding back after the group ride? I also might have 2 friends coming along. 1 is also on here and the other is not. Depends on how their bike situation works out.

  14. Me and a buddy ended up getting the Scala G9 and so far they are awesome... voice commands are slightly limited but work for what i need. The system works very well together you can be playing music and the music will dim to givevoice gps directions from your phone. Can answer phonecalls and the person on the other line doesnt even know your riding. The music will increase based on the speed an amount of wind noise which is cool. And sound quality is awesome. Also has radio which is a nice touch i dont use very often. And the inter bike communication is great and confrencing capabilities is awesome once we get more people with them. They are a bit pricey but so far it offers enough to justify the price or be damn close. The user interface on the internet to change all the settings and radio stations and your "buddys" is also very user friendly. Great product if you want alot of functionality and dont mind the price.
  15. Searched Google could not specifically find torque for 2012 or 2013 model. Found a few random sites that had older models but wanted to be sure. @natedogg Not sure what manual that is but it appears its not the one I have. mine skips from 5-3 to 6-1 :/ @ Isaac ..... Thanks!
  16. Hey question, Will be putting frame sliders on my '13 Yamaha R6 and the direction say to tighten the bolts to the specified OEM torque in the manual. I have looked over the manual 2 to 3 times now and do not see it list the required torque for the engine bolts..... If anyone has an '12 model or any knowledge on this i would be grateful if you would share !
  17. Thank you bad what your describing is what we had to do.. The integrated tail light is already grounded so we spliced the two grounds together. and we just chopped the clips off.
  18. nvm we got it ! good old trial and error. PLease delete thread.
  19. Hi peeps! I am currently in the process of putting on an integrated tail light by bike master for my 2013 R6 everything is connected and working besides turn signals. If there is anyone who has any experience with this specifically electrical and lives near reynoldsburg who is willing to help me out or possibly face time if you have an iPhone i would really appreciate it. Scenario: Bikemaster kit has two wires for turn signals. Plug in to bike has two wires combined into one clip and another two wires in another clip. Yet the kit only has two wires and no kit so im assuming will have to do some splicing. I know this is hard to translate via typing so if anyone could meet up sometime soon or facetime that would be awesome... Thanks in advance!
  20. Hey everyone! My name is mike I am 21 years old and live in Reynoldsburg. I have been riding my friends motorcycles for almost a year now and passed the MSF course last year in August I believe. Just recently I purchased a 2013 Yamaha R6 in the matte black color and cannot wait for summer. I currently work full time and I am attending Columbus state full time as well. I joined this forum to meet some fellow motorcycle riders and to learn from anyone who is willing to offer advice. If anyone is is near the Reynoldsburg area and would like to ride sometime hit me up on the forums. Believe in ATGATT and keeping the rubber side down.
