The Camaro has had a locker in it for the last 2 years, my personal opinion is that its not very bad at all. The locker in Chad's Trans Am is a little more harsh, but not bad either.

Your chances that just replacing it are good that it'll fix the problem, but you could be saving yourself a few bucks to work through Gearhead's flow chart.

Which engine is it? 2.2 or 2.4 iirc Good luck on the 2.4 I ended up just junking the whole car after looking into that shit.

I've always liked my redtop Optimas. The only problem I ever had was leaving mine sit all last winter, but they warrantied it out no problem. No one ever has any luck with the yellow tops, but they're deep cycle batteries and aren't needed anyway.
