  1. I know there are not a lot on this site that would be interested in this car, but maybe you know someone who is. It's just time for me to do something else. FOR SALE: 2004 MazdaSpeed Miata, under 60k miles, grand touring package includes leather and cloth top, also includes matching hardtop. Runs and drives great. $10k no trades, message me if you're interested. Returned to stock, with stock wheels, car in good condition. http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0558_zpsd779fa65.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0560_zps291ba581.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0563_zps5f0689d7.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0565_zpsa9254e26.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0567_zps4a692e50.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp133/ND2RACE/for%20sale/CIMG0570_zpsd777ac19.jpg
  2. Sprint cars are a barely controlled wild ride, so to want to run out on the track all pissed off was stupid, but to rev at him upsetting your car wasn't smart either. Like that article says, its a very bad series of events. Very sad to see indeed, RIP.
  3. I'd run a leakdown and see if you get air in the coolant, nasty brown coolant in dexcool vehicle doesn't really mean the head gasket blew. What did that spark plug look like in 3? Not saying you're wrong I'd just like to be sure its a head gasket. So how cheap are you going to sell a high mileage 15 year old truck? Interested in giving me the truck and cash for my 97 s10 4 cylinder? Mine has already had the head redone, runs good.
  4. I'm confused if the ticket would make his first appearance in Worthington why does downtown matter (and I did say first appearance because if you don't like the local magistrate's decision its easy to get it transfered downtown)? and cops typically show up, but if they don't there is no argument for the other side and you can get out of it. My point is if you're not going to get an attorney, just keep saying not guilty. Never admit to any speed over the limit, and excerise your rights as an American to fight it. Fuck tickets, they want your money, so make them work to get it.
  5. You should be able to get it sent downtown pretty easy, but after having too many points on my license I say fight every one. It's much easier to deal with if you keep your record clean. A decent attorney will get it reduced or dismissed if you have a clean record, and if you do get another ticket in the next couple years that one will be easy to beat if you take care of this one. Just my 2 cents, you do what you want. I will also say that when a cop pulls you over I find it best to just give him your info and move on, the court is for making your arguement, and a pregnant girlfriend or being late isn't much of an arguement.
  6. Anymore I just take the ticket and $250 to my attorney, at least you'll get the most favorable outcome that way. With a pretty clean record you may only have to pay a small fine and avoid points.
  7. Kind of sounds like a MAF or it sucked something up in the airbox, need to pull codes.
  8. And if the fuel pump was going out it wouldn't have enough fuel pressure to open the poppets in the spider injection and it wouldn't run at all, unless its had them replaced with the updated injectors. I doubt its a fuel pump, but maybe.
  9. Are there cylinders misfiring? I said arcing inside the cap, you're not going to see it. A cat doesn't just clog randomly, forget that. An EGR wouldn't be as bad off idle, maybe but doubtful. Does it have codes in it?
  10. My Camaro was damaged way worse the last time it was wrecked, I don't care because I love the car. It wasn't totaled because it was much newer, but it was straightened on a frame rack. The work was done right and I worked out the details. For some people its all about a finaciL decision and I get that, but for me its all about passion. Decide how you feel and enjoy the V some more or get something else, I think its obvious what I'd do.
  11. Common things are arcing in the distributor cap, which is very likely, and fuel issues with the pump or spider injection. Could be a few things, not sure you're going to have a lot of luck diagnosing it over the internet.

LOL! I didn't know that was the potato, hilarious.
  14. Pretty sure you're thinking of Ben Clark.
  15. Godamn people, this why I try not to park on the street, that pisses me off. Sorry Casey that really sucks.
  16. Looks like a good reason to dyno the Camaro.
  17. This is a very cool truck being very unique a V8, sport suspension, 2WD is almost impossible to find. Congratulations again on getting the best Colorado I've ever seen.
  18. The morning looks promising, if its decent early I'll take my chances. And yes I'm bringing my car, if I have to pay to hang out I might as well make a few passes.
  19. those are as good as the person installing them
  20. So now it's $50? First post says $40.
  21. You don't listen, in a few years when you are trying to go somewhere as a family in it the noise will annoy you, and what is the tune going to do for a stock car, waste $500? If this was going to be a toy I'd have a different attitude, but its not.
  22. Last I heard Mark Duffy works in their service department writing up oil changes or something like that, LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!! In all seriousness, don't bother he's of no help to anyone.
  23. You say that about everything the first month you have it. Then you find out it isn't perfect and it doesn't take long before it goes away. The reason Anthony and I have had our f-bodies so long is that when there is an issue we work on it until its right, besides we both really like the car as a whole. Sunday August 3rd (yes I know its the day after the BPG day) I expect to see at least you show up with this car and try autocrossing it before you have a chance for the novelty of the new car to wear off. The August 3rd is the United Ford Owners autocross, it's the easiest one to try, and I'm sure there will be plenty of CR there.
  24. Thanks for the ideas guys, any more feel free to post. It's an on going thought process right now.
