  1. Well i think its a good deal on what looks to be a clean car so if its as nice in person as it is online I don't think I'll be able to pass it up.
  2. Well angry wife is a downside, but she was already mad when I woke her up at 2am to look at it, lol. Bad morning at the Cordell house.
  3. Buying a 97 Vette just because its cheap, white, and a 6 speed. I think since I'll mod it anyway, starting with a cheap base makes sense?
  4. Wish I could've made it out yesterday, been feeling shitty for a couple days and really needed the rest.
  5. What is it about the pics that says 1970s to me? If the car wasn't "stanced" (or whatever you want to call it) I'd think these were straight out of my Mom's photoalblum. Fit the car though, still like the red car better.
  6. Tried it for the first time over the weekend, can't wait to try it again.
  7. Makes me happy to see cool cars get saved, looks like it'll be around a while.
  8. The 5th gen Camaro is 5x120, like Tom said.
  9. 4th gen fboys are 5x4.75, the GTO is 5x120. They are really close, but I have seen issues twisting wheel studs. Chad had lots of issues with his wheel studs when he had those 20s on the car. I wouldn't do it.
  10. Really? Which 10 second, sub 3 sec to 60, american car do I choose? Sounds like first world stuff if I've ever heard it. More to the point I think the Hellcat and the Z are going to both attract their share of fans. I personally think they're both pretty freakin cool.
  11. The few times I've moved my box I rented a trailer from u-haul with a ramp on it. Much safer and cheaper then a roolback. I am not a fan of how tool boxes get drug around and strapped by the wheels, the u-haul trailer is lower to the ground and has taller strong sides to strap to.
  12. Pretty sure he's in service there.
  13. Why not make sure you have power at the starter when its supposed to be cranking? If you do its likely just the starter, if not then there is something wrong with the control circuit. You can always jump power to the small wire on the starter and see if it cranks.
  14. Sweet, I bet that was a blast. I did the Richard Petty driving experience ride along at Daytona when I was 16, and there is nothing like it.
  15. If it's just for automotive and exhaust you really only need to know MIG welding, I learned on the job as it is pretty basic. 90% of exbaust work doesn't need to be pretty anyway, just not leak. If you really want to better yourself there is certainly nothing wrong with taking a welding course, besides welding jobs pay better then anything you're doing.
  16. I can see both sides of this story, but I don't think the family will get very far in court either. It's sad sure, but it's just unfortunate. Although I am sure I would feel similarly if it was my son that got kiled.
  17. The one in my yard is about that size. The more I'm learning, it doesn't seem so bad to deal with, just kinda freaked me out to start getting stung that fast, I didn't even see them. 3 hornet stings in less then 3 seconds will get your attention and adrenaline going in a hurry.
  18. So to make a long story short, there is a very large nest of something, likely hornets or wasps, hanging from the tree in my front yard. It's right by the sidewalk/mailbox and it needs to go before someone else gets stung. Who have you had experience with or know of that can take care of such a thing, because I'm not getting stung anymore dealing with this shit.
  19. He said he was pulling them 2 years ago, I wouldn't hold your breath. Sorry Anthony but you're just as likely to leave them in for the same reason you did laat year, everything is working.

    Tpms tool sale

I had to order one at that price, and look forward to seeing how it stands up using it a lot as a GM tech. The shop has a nice one, but this will be nice to have handy.
  21. Depends on if there is a game or not, but between 9 and 10 is when most people get there.
  22. I go to them quite a bit. I'll definitely meet you down there if you're going.
  23. Salesman turn over more then any other job I've worked around, most of them come and go and move around. Some make really good money at it, some get fed up quickly. I only tried it for about a week 15 years ago, I don't have the patience for it, besides I feel like I accomplish something with my day producing something or making it work again.
