Update, strictly for the fuck-givers. Fired the scumbag, threatened legal action after he demanded he keep the entire material draw amount, and started doing what we should have done before we hired him and checked public records. This piece of shit has liens and judgements against him already, one from the state for not paying his workers comp premiums. He also signed a quitclaim deed to his wife against the house last month, so he's dumping assets to try and insulate himself from the legal shitstorm bearing down on his company.

I am not an attorney, but I've had many a conversations about business vs personal assets. 

With the sounds of this scummy contractor, I'm sure any capable attorney would easily be able to destroy this guys corporate veil argument as I'm sure he's broken it numerous times.   I'd also assume that just by transferring the deed to his wife, specifically because they are still married, more than makes it still in item that could be part of the lawsuit, if needed (provided you can prove he's broken the corporate veil).

I'd speak with your attorney about this if you plan to go that route.

Didn't know if anyone was still with them, but as of 11/1/19, they no longer were renewing policies in Ohio.  

If you are with them, you'll probably be receiving a letter in the mail notifying you of this. 

Just wanted to give a heads up for those who may need to start looking.

This is the 4th Session. I did NOT get to record the 5th (Final) one of 7pm ish). I think my battery died or was low prior to the 5th and I forgot to change it out! Oh well

 

 

 

Good looking video... Around the 8 minute mark is why Novice can be a drag sometimes.  When you get stuck by a lag rider and not even the CR is supposed to pass and you are just cruising at 40mph around the track.  One lap I saw you do about a 2:03 lap  (from 4:51 - 6:54 in the video) - were you still being held up by your group??  About 1:52 to 1:56/lap consistent is a time where you can consider a bump to intermediate which could allow you to run as fast as you'd like and not get held up.

@Wolfman1 had the exact same thing in a crash in 2014.  Ended up taking a trip in a chopper and cost him a significant amount of money too!  I'm not a fan of gov't intervention on a lot of things, but seems like this needs to be a bit more regulated for gouging cause most times, you don't get an option of shopping for an 'in network' service...etc

Yes.. was a great weekend!  Perfect weather, grippy track and nice turnout!  Can't wait for the next one!

We still have two spare bikes for rent (will get you 4-6 races) if anyone wants to give it a go without having to go full on investment.
