  1. @jester you're killing me, "hoping for a 1:38" and still riding Intermediate. that's def worthy of a "king of I group" trophy!

just ran my first full day in Advanced at M-O a few weeks back and seem to be stuck in a too comfortable 1:45 ish pace.

would love to break into the high 30s this year.

might be joining the fun on Sunday depending on family plans.

I'm right there with you doing 1:45's. I would love to see a 1:42.

Doing 1:45's did you ever feel you were in the way in advanced?

  2. See... Going to the track is the only thing that keeps me from burning down my workplace during emergencies. LOL.

Jester are you going to share this newfound secret of excellence? :D

In for sunday. Trying to figure out if I can be at work for something until 9, then drive down and be at the track from about 10:30 to close on Monday. Haven't heard back from the track yet if that's OK.

It's okay with me. Do it!!!!!!

  3. After using the Fitbit for around 24 hours I'm pretty happy with it. I did notice while riding bicycles that it works much better if I tighten it up. That is opposite what the manual said. I figured this out after I was done climbing. It only went up to around 155-160bpm. It should have been closer to 180bpm. Hopefully it works a little better tomorrow.

  4. closest to me too.. 45 mins north of me :p I get Mondays off fairly easy.. but this one  wasn't going to cut it

I actually changed my schedule.  I work 4-10's and get Friday's off.  I changed to taking Monday's off for a few months so I can use less leave time.  I work for the government so getting time off isn't much of a problem.

  5. I believe there were ten signed up for the twilight and eighteen signed up for Monday.

That's what I was told by a couple of other people that had called and registered yesterday or day before.
