Yeah, me too! 245 and 287 southwest of Bellefontaine are quite entertaining. There's a good 50 mile loop starting and ending in Marysville. Hit me up if you want to ride it sometime.
Welcome! I moved hear from the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis in February! Seems like most of the really good riding is southeast of Columbus. Even up near Marysville and Bellefontaine you can find roads more entertaining than most available in Minnesota.
Thanks! My gas cap vent came in today, looks good. Also got my XR80 front wheel. It was delivered Friday, but held at the post office due to it being larger than my mailbox... Waiting on the tires, tubes, spokes, and jetting!
Cool. I might run the first event with good ol' painter's tape numbering, just to confirm availability. Also, ordered up an Alpinestars Carver Two-Piece, heres hoping it fits...
I've already ran some errands on the SV this morning. I'm currently sourcing a pair of leathers and some carb parts for OMRL while I make lunch. I'm walking around the kitchen in my boots and riding jacket...
I'm bored on this beautiful saturday, and I'll either be riding alone or with a group. I'd rather have the latter! I'm up for just about any distance of ride, who'd be up to meet and ride? Justin
So where are the connections originating for the catch can setup. Float bowl, Airbox? What else? Is the 1/8 in line you said you'd provide the red lines in the photos above?
What are the catch cans used for? I'm not going to lose 5 positions because of jetting, I'm going to lose them because of a dearth of track experience and the fact that I weigh 250 sans gear.
I'm going to check with Honda of Marysville on monday. Also the Honda Service center I have access to at work should be good. Apparently they can get parts in 2 days.
Yeah, that sounds like a plan on this tires. I should make it to the first April 26th event, and if you wanted to help me mount them that would be great. The owner did tell me about the rear wheel needing spokes, I planned on just replacing the spokes and not the whole wheel, unless that's a problem.
